Skyla waited for Ryan in front of Hungry Jacks at Circular Quay Station. It was Friday. Tonight they would be celebrating his recent promotion to Account Manager. Ryan worked near Town Hall Station.
The train finally arrived. Ryan appeared and as he came out of the turnstile he headed towards her. His handsome face, a picture of exuberant youth, was now grotesque. There was hatred in his eyes. Skyla gasped.
