In this book the procedures for preparing for the conduct of the state cadastral valuation are discussed in detail, among them the formation of a list of real estate objects subject to state cadastral valuation and procedures that include directly the state cadastral valuation: the decision to conduct a state cadastral valuation; determination of cadastral value and preparation of a report on results of the state cadastral valuation; approval of results of the cadastral value determining. A comparative analysis with the norms of the «predecessor» – Federal Law of 29 July 1998 No. 135-Fz «On Valuation Activities in the Russian Federation» (Chapter III.1 «State Cadastral Valuation») – was performed.

The book is intended primarily for law enforcement as the users of cadastral value information, officials of the registration authority of rights, officials of authorized bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation, making decisions on conducting state cadastral assessments, employees of budgetary institutions conducting state cadastral valuation. The book will also be useful to anyone who is interested in the issues of conducting a state cadastral valuation in Russia.
