Ayurveda is a holistic healing tradition from India whose history is linked to the development of yoga. In a medium frying pan on medium heat, melt ghee. Add all ingredients except tofu and water and sauté for 2 minutes. Add tofu and water and sauté for another 2–3 minutes, until most liquid has been absorbed.

Makes 2–4 servings.
