The monograph reveals the concept of monopoly in legislation of the Russian Federation and the legal doctrine, main strategies and legal policy state in the field of monopoly activity.

This paper presents the author’s views on the subject, method and principles of the legal regulation of antimonopoly law and the corresponding issues of the legal regulation of natural monopolies. It evaluates the concepts of «agreements and coordinated actions» in antimonopoly legislation, «legal forms» of counteraction to monopoly activity, «antimonopoly liability» as an independent type of legal liability, «legal regime» of monopoly activity of state and municipal authorities, antimonopoly law enforcement acts.
