England, My England and Other Stories

David Herbert Lawrence (1885-1930) was an English novelist, poet, playwright and literary critic, one of the key writers of the early twentieth century, most famous for his criticism of rationalism and industrialization. This volume includes many wonderful short stories like "Tickets, Please", "The Blind Man", and "Monkey Nuts". Some of these works Lawrence wrote during World War I, then extensively revisited specifically for this edition.
