This is the first of a series of books entitled “Restraining Orders in British Law”. The author’s research is the first attempt to look at the issue of ROs and injunctions from a legal, rather than an emotional point of view. It may seem absurd, but the fact is no one has ever raised the question of how much restrictions imposed on a person under the pretext of “protecting the safety of victims” comply with the law, human rights, procedural rules and even the basic principles of justice.

The Royal Court of Justice in London in the modern world is regarded as the Mecca by anyone searching for a fair trial. Complex buildings are strategically located on the border of the financial district of the City of London. It preserves the appearance of a fortress. It supposedly symbolizes impregnable attempts at corruption, breach of law and violation of human rights. It was here, in the shadow of myths and under a powerful information cover-up, that «world governments» apparently set up an «EXPERIMENTAL LABORATORY». In this «LABORATORY» they develop methods of changing legal systems in invisible ways which assures nobody would suspect anything.

5. It provides the legal basis for the organization of a system of mass surveillance of the people’s thought process. People’s thoughts and intention will be subject of testing through extensive use of polygraphs and possibly more sophisticated testing tools in the future
The legal basis for mass use of polygraphs is hidden in somewhat confusing wording of the following phrase «…in addition… there will be a discretional group who can also be made subject to mandatory testing. These would be include those who… do not meet necessarily meet the test of being of at high risk of causing serious harm» (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/domestic-abuse-bill-2020-factsheets/mandatory-polygraph-tests-factsheet.
