Energies and Attunement. Foundation. byFrederik Zimmermann. Translated into English by Johannes von Mitzlaff. What does this book contain? 1. Upon buying this book, you receive the attunements in Prana Breath Awakening, Akasha Learning, Eternal Ethics, Stress Flush and Earth CARE and the manual to it, which you will find in this book. 2. The manual describes how to access the attunements, how you can put the energy system to use, which effect it has and what kind of skills it provides you with. 3. This book also contains an introduction to knowledge and techniques of attunements and energy work. Some basic concepts of magic are ex-plained simply and with special regards to practicability. 4. In the introduction you will find some valuable divine invocations, which you can apply in your energy works. Chapter 1. A short introduction to energy work. What is Attunement or Initiation? Both terms describe the process of an energy transmission, that transfers certain effects, powers, abilities, information and/or knowledge from an adept to another, who is receiving the initiation. The significant thing about this is: You only have to retrieve the initiation once to be able to use this faculty permanently! It is like an app on your smartphone. Once installed, you can use it again and again. A classic example for this is the Reiki-Initiation, in which the Reiki master gives his „student“ the initiation and in the meantime there is a cleaning and opening of the energy bodies and centers of the „student“, who then receives the ability to use the Reiki-Energies. Thereby, the adept gives the initiate all the information, e.g. through a manual, which he or she needs to be able to sensibly use the energies, faculties, etc. of the initiation. The word initiation always incorporates a leap forward in development in consciousness, into „more“ consciousness. Can anyone receive an initiation? The good news first: The days when you had to clean your masters ashram for three years to get the next initiation are definitely over! Generally speaking, anyone can receive and use initiations. There are initiations that suit beginners well and also initiations that are better suited for the advanced and the experts in energy work. Note: Should there be no special comment in „What does this book contain?“ the initiation suits everyone. Otherwise it would in some sense state that you should be experienced in energy work. The fact that you found this book already makes it probable that you are ready to receive this initiation. Are there requirements that I have to meet or should meet? If it is an energy system that consists of multiple initiations you MUST! follow the proper order. The first initiation first, then the second, then the third…! If an initiation has a requirement like this, it explicitly states in the manual which initiation you need to already have to receive this initiation. A further requirement that you should fulfill is a certain physical and psychological capacity. An initiation brings a change to your energetic systems. You need some energy to integrate the changes and also some time for regeneration. Thus I advise against going through with the initiation in the case of an acute infection like for example the flu or the like. But this is not a certain knock-out criterion. The decision is yours. The initiation will work none the less. Chapter 2. The Initiation in this Book. The initiation in this book is prepared and stored in a place beyond space and time, also called the infinite moment. It is maintained and protected by an infinite and holy being and is made for your initiation directly from the Eternal Holy Source (God) perfectly for you. Therefore you receive a first-class initiation that is perfectly adjusted for your needs and level of development. The attunements are unlocked for the one who bought the book and also for their life partner and children. Should anyone else want the initiation, He \ she must buy the book. The Location of Initiation. It is appropriate to receive the initiation in a location that is by your own accord energetically clean, because you will be opening your energetic system. This can be, for example, your living room, your bedroom, the dojo, a small temple (that you know) or even a space in nature. You should be uninterrupted during the initiation. Therefore it is discour-aged to do it in public spaces. Particularly unfit locations would be hos-pitals, shopping malls, hotels and hostels and even any bigger and older churches,… The exception: Should there be no other way around it, because you are backpacking in India for example and you don’t want to wait till you are back home and you want to receive the initiation in a public space for example in a hostel anyway, then I ask of you to put special attention to the cleansing of the location and also to arrange that you are undisturbed during the initiation, for example in the middle of the night, when everyone else is sleeping. Cleansing the Location. You can cleanse yourself and the location to get ready for the initiation. There are many methods to do this, for example burning incense, using an energy system you know, singing mantras or an invocation. Invocation: A very efficient and effective method is the invocation of Melchizedek, Metatron and Mahatma and the request for the Platinum Net. The Platinum Net cleanses all disqualified energies and entities and is a powerful technique. For this, mentally or even better say aloud: I call upon Melchizedek, Metatron and Mahatma and request the establishment of the Platinum Net for me and (describe your location, e.g. your apartment) to remove all disqualified energies and entities. Thank you. Let it work for some minutes! You can also use this technique for your everyday energetic cleansing. Before the Initiation. During the energy transmission of the initiation you must be undisturbed. At best, that means that you are alone, switch off your smartphone or at least turn off its sounds, close the door, and possibly tell your room-mates, kids and/or partner that you don’t want to be disturbed for some time. During the initiation there shouldn’t be a running TV or anything of the kind and music is also unadvisable. If you do want to listen to music anyway, then soft, peaceful meditation music is a possibility. Avoid all music with text/language, including mantras. Also be wary of pets like cats and dogs! It can be very unpleasant and bad for the initiation process, if you have been in the middle of the energy stream and process of the initiation for the past 20 minutes and then your cat jumps on your stomach. Receive the Initiations. In the manual it is described how you can retain and receive the initiation. Is is a very simple process. You lie or sit down comfortably, say the initiation phrase and let the initiation happen for a certain period of time, as it is specified further on in the manual. It is wise to stick to the designated time. You receive the initiation in a form that is perfect exactly for you! Should you be further on in your spiritual journey and your energy body be able to process energy faster and in larger amounts, then you will simply receive the initiation in a stronger and more powerful variant. The time it takes normally stays the same though. So if the initiation process takes 30 minutes it would be inconvenient if you got up after ten minutes to go drink coffee. Exception: You are a master and know exactly what you are doing! You are so advanced in your evolution that the whole process simply works faster even in the optimal potency. Then you can just wait until you notice that the process is completed. After the Initiation. After your initiation thank all the enlightened beings that took part in your initiation and the Eternal Holy Source for the initiation. And drink a large glass of water. If you want to, you can wait one to two hours until the energies of the initiation have settled in your energy body before you use the faculties of the initiation. But that is not essential. Invocation: An enlightened invocation to write the initiation quickly, effectively and permanently in your matrix is the calling of the small whirlwinds (small energetic whirlwinds) which are very helpful for embedding and establishing energetic changes permanently. For this say out loud or mentally: I call upon the small whirlwinds. Then wait for five minutes. Done! From now on you can put all faculties and effects of the initiation to use. How this works is described further on in the manual. Chapter 3. Questions and remarks to the initiation Do I Feel/Notice the Initiations? Simply put, this depends on your ability to sense energies. Because an initiation is a relatively strong energetic process, most people, in my experience, notice the initiation. Some people experience energies, others see images, others hear divine music and others feel relaxed and somewhat sleepy. There can be other phenomena as well. Exactly how you experience higher dimensional phenomena depends on your predisposition and of course your experience. How Strong is the Effect of the Initiations? Can I increase it? The powers, faculties etc. - in general the intensity of the effect of my energy systems and their energies for you and your life depends on a couple of factors. One of these is how often you deploy the powers! All powers become more effective, profound and apt to change more things through frequent use. With empowerments you become more empowered to whatever the empowerment empowers you to with every application. What are Your Personal Preconditions? I want to demonstrate this with the example of Business CARE, that has positive effects on your business. If you have no idea what your business should look like, have never engaged thoughts on business, have yet to develop the according abilities, then Business CARE is precisely the right thing for you, because it will help you with all of these steps and it will take some time nonetheless till you will see results like a well running 11. business in the material world, simply because the basic conditions have to be created first. On the other hand, if you are already a businessman or businesswoman, already have a business idea, maybe already have a running business and begin to use Business CARE the effects can naturally come into your life quickly and simply and improve your business, because many basic conditions exist already. This is an example which can be transferred onto most of my energy systems. The energies are of higher dimensions and are rarely or never the limit-ing factor. Renewing your initiation. You can strengthen your initiation and clear the lineage.! You can renew any initiation, once received, at anytime by sitting or ly-ing down comfortably and saying: I call upon the Holy Eternal Source and ask to be initiated once more into the initiation (name of the initiation) Then wait for five to ten minutes, as the refreshing of the initiation requires less time than the first time. Through this renewed initiation your initiation is brought up to the newest state and ist also strengthened. This especially makes sense if you have taken large steps in your spiritual/energetic evolution and can now handle larger amounts of energy and power than when you first received the initiation. The renewal of the initiation also corrects any mistakes which may have happened in the initiation, e.g. because you were disturbed during the initiation. It also clears the lineage of your initiation. After the renewal of the initiation your lineage is: Eternal Holy Source (God) -> You. This works for any initiation, not only for the ones I have established. Of course the style of the person who established the initiation is pre-served. The higher beings, that contribute in the initiation, are naturally a part of god. But it still makes a difference if you have six people in the lineage before yourself or if you have the initiation in a direct ver-sion from God. You will notice that your initiations get stronger, more pleasant, somewhat easier to grasp and that they work better after this. Caution: This is good from time to time. It is not sensible to renew your initiations every two days. That would only be an unnecessary stress of your own energy system. Ground yourself! Energy work in general and the process of receiving the initiation in particular can lead to you feeling a bit spaced out. You should ground yourself. Grounding oneself is one of the most basic skills for anyone working with higher dimensional forces! Standing with both your feet firmly on the ground is important for your success in anything here on this earth. To describe it with a simple metaphor, a sports car, even with 500HP, isn’t going anywhere if it is floating above the ground and the wheels are spinning in the air. Please be wary of a good grounding! Invocation: An easy and effective way to ground yourself is to call upon Archangel Sandalphone (gardener of God and archangel of the material world), Archangel Chamuel and Mahatma (the avatar of synthesis) and to ask them to ground you. Define a timespan for this, because otherwise they will possibly only do it as long as you are focusing on it! Say out loud or mentally: I call upon Archangel Sandalphone, Archangel Chamuel and Mahatma and ask of them to ground me for three hours. Of course you can name any other number instead of three hours, but there is a natural limit at 24 hours. After this, the higher beings expect you to ask it of them again. Chapter 4. Magic and Ethics. Ethics, Karma & What Kind of Magic is this? All of my energy systems are divine/higher magic. This form of magic has its origin in a place beyond the world of opposites (duality) in the unity of all existence. My magic is oriented towards the Eternal Divine Source and therefore effects your development positively, often reduces karmic aspects and is generally more of that what we would call „white magic“ in the world of duality. The reason being that the higher planes of existence are all 15 (at least as far as I have discerned) positively oriented towards life, harmony, light and love and that these are natural principles of the cosmos. That means that divine high magic automatically has an orientation in this direction. There is a large tolerance range, because you are free as an incarnated human being to behave in alignment with your divine Self as you are free to behave in accordance with your Ego. Naturally you decide how to use the magic yourself. By all means make it clear for yourself all the same, that your thoughts, actions and particularly your magic have effects. What goes around comes around. It is not about a moral judgement, it is merely about real effects. A simple metaphor is the loving white magician who behaves wise and loving and is happy in resonance with his behavior. For seemingly no reason, he receives gifts and people do loving things for him. On the other side there is the egoistic, fearful black magician, that tries to force his goals by controlling everything and taking advantage of others and as a consequence of his own resonance becomes unhappy, at odds with the world, fears the wrath of his enemies and spontaneously has unpleasant things happen to him. Yes, the metaphor is somewhat simple, but it gets to the heart of the matter. The laws of karma may have been revoked and the laws of grace are enforced, but the laws of resonance are still enforced as well. That being said, my magic is perfectly suited for loving and enlightened purposes and not so much for egoistic things. But in the end I don’t con-struct „child safety“ into my magic and everyone is responsible themselves for the way they use my energy systems! Free Will. Please be wary of the imperative of free will and that it is ethically required to get the permission of others before you apply energies for them. Respecting free will is a high good, but this should never lead to you standing by passively even though you could be doing something about some nasty things that are going on! Ask yourself why you want to intervene: Is it Ego? Is it compassion? Is it higher destiny? And then act in all conscience! Oh no, I’ve made a mistake!: A very good invocation is to call upon the Holy Spirit to undo your mistake! This works for all types of mistakes. Understand that mistake comes from „mis“ and „take“! You only make mistakes because you took something in the wrong way. Because you didn’t have the knowledge, the consciousness or the skills to take it the right way. It is in no way a moral question in the sense that you are guilty or have done something wrong. Mistakes are a part of life and with this invocation you can undo your mistakes. The Holy Spirit will only undo that which he/she sees as a mistake and only so much as is now for your highest biggest most joyful well-being. That is why I recommend doing this invocation from time to time. Once a week is certainly good and additionally when you believe that you need it. Invocation: General. Say out loud or mentally: I call upon the Holy Spirit and ask my mistakes to be undone and also that the karma that my mistakes have put into motion to be undone! Thank you. For a certain topic. Say out loud or mentally: I call upon the Holy Spirit and ask my mistakes in regarding XYZ (person, action, topic, or description of what you mean) to be undone and also that the karma that my mistakes have put into motion to be undone! Thank you → You may add: And I ask for this to happen with all my previous incarnations → You may add: And I ask that the energies that are freed as a result be transformed. I don’t want the initiation anymore, how can I de-initiate myself? A simple thought of the mind will not suffice in this case, to de-initiate yourself. Call the Divine Eternal Source and ask to be de-initiated from the energy system. Do this verbally and clearly understandable. If you cannot do this verbally, write the invocation on a piece of paper and then say it mentally. Because you have received the energy system once, you can always ask of the Divine Eternal Source to re-initiate you into the energy system. See chapter 3.3 for this. Chapter 5. Some more information and final words. Are all of your Initiations Obtainable in the Book Form? No, only a selection of my energy systems can be purchased in the book form. I have many initiations and energy systems which I will offer on my website. www.frederik-zimmermann.de (it will be available in English language ) There are also energy systems and initiations that I, out of magical or ethical reasons, only pass on to people I know personally and who I can be certain to handle the energies well. Can I Use the Effects of the Energy System for Other People As Well? Yes, often this is mentioned explicitly in the manual. If not, after the activation sentence say: „activate for (name or description)“. Should an energy be only applicable to you, this would be mentioned in the manual. Do I have to stick exactly to the instructions in the manual or am I free to experiment with the energies? Please stick to the initiation process as described, because it is always designed so that it initiates you into one of my energy systems in an ide-al way and for your highest most joyful good. With the application of the energies, I would recommend, if you are a beginner, to stick to the manual until you have gained some experience. You can certainly experiment. And if you are seeking to be a master or something of the kind yourself it’s just a natural part of the process. So check out where you have good ideas or your intuition is telling you something. How much time should I leave between initiations? Waiting between initiations makes you and your bodies the time needed to integrate and process the initiation. I recommend not to do more than one initiation a day! An initiation per day is already a strong workload for most people and it is completely fine to let some days or a week pass to get accustomed to the initiation. It also depends a bit on how „fit“ you are energetically, psychologically and physically and how much experience you already have. Sometimes it is stated, when you have e.g. an energy system with several levels how long you should wait between the initiations. Note: There are some older energy systems (like for example the Usui Reiki) where it is actually recommended to wait for half a year or something between the initiations and on top of this to worship your „master“… Maybe that was appropriate in the beginning 20th century (or maybe not even then). Today this is, with complete certainty, nothing but utter nonsense! Don’t let yourself be told that you would need to wait for that long to be ready for your next initiation. You should only worship something if it is really worthy of your worship. Do I have to give something to the higher beings doing all of this? Clear answer: No! You do not have to. Higher beings would never think of forcing you to do something and in divine magic and the beings that have to do with that things are generally speaking „on the house“. These are beings beyond time and space (simply put, they have transcended. these plains) and they have, as far as I know, plenty of (and maybe end-less) energy, time and possibilities etc. Mind you, and this particularly applies to the ascended masters: If a lot is given, it is expected that something is done in return. Not in the way that you would have debts or that you would be making enemies, if you don’t comply. More in the sense of: Hey, you have some nice powers and skills and there is a lot to be done in the world - please support the cause. That would be in alignment with your purpose anyway and therefore benefit you as well. Responsibility and miracle pills. The path of attunement and initiations is a quick path and successes are often possible in a short time. Nevertheless, this is not a miracle pill that you swallow and then do not have to do anything. There is one thing these energy systems and initiations certainly do not do: to take responsibility for your life. On the contrary, those who have more opportunities, who are freer, also bear more responsibility. See initiation and the like as a tool that is always ready, always with you and can do its work when you need it. Be Joyful! Joy is the right compass in life, to know what is right for oneself and where the journey should be headed. Magic can be fun and joyful! The Prana Breath Awakening, awakens your ability to breathe Prana (life energy). This is a faculty that is inherent in all people. There are breathing techniques which teach and aim to absorb life energy and direct it into certain organs or chakras. With awakened Prana breathing, this happens all by itself, corresponding to physical breathing. This means that after the awakening you do not need to make any conscious effort to breathe prana. It happens simply with physical breathing and also in other ways, e.g. with pore breathing and the ability of cells to receive energy directly from the higher dimensions. The Prana Breath Awakening refers to the inhalation of Prana and the exhalation of used energies, which were converted in the energetic metabolism and now have to be excreted. The next energy function is Akasha learning which can be used in two. ways! Akasha learning works with the help of the archivists of the Akasha Records, who help to find the correct and appropriate information. If you do not perceive subtle energies, trust your intuition how long you wait. With both variants, the download is carried out completely, even if you continue your everyday life before it is finished. It works faster when your body, soul and spirit don't have to concentrate on everyday things and your body can lean back or lie down in a relaxed manner. A strong ethical understanding is beneficial for social situations and in many areas of life. Being sure of one's own values creates security in thinking and acting and promotes one's own maturity of character and the refinement of one's own soul. Finding yourself in your thoughts and actions and knowing and feeling what is right and appropriate even in difficult situations is a sign of a well-developed ethic. Ethics also help to understand oneself, to be able to feel comfortable with oneself and one's own ethics can be a safe guide for one's own life. Eternal ethics contains the inner ethics empowerment and the eternal ethics empowerment. A higher understanding of ethics and a firm in one's own ethics also promote the exchange with eternal holy beings from the higher dimensions. Some gifts and abilities prefer to give eternal holy beings to people with established ethics, and for some gifts a certain level of ethics and character may also be a basic requirement. Eternal ethics empowers you into your inner ethics and also empowers you to understand the ethics of higher beings, which can accelerate and promote your development. My fascination for magic and energetics and everything that goes in this direction has been immense all my life. However, these talents were initially inhibited by the materialistic views of our society and some other negative factors. First of all, I did an apprenticeship in the field of computer science and graduated from school as the best in my year. However, I did not find my passion in this training. Lots of warm people and a few weird birds and sometimes both. I opened my eyes, ears, hands, heart and mind wide and learned from them. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them all.
