Bohn, a health care communications and research specialist who is co-author on two other books on accountable care and clinical integration. MD 2.0: Physician Leadership for the Information Age is about the journey in leadership for physicians in the development of their professional identity and the transformation that will be needed to lead the rapidly evolving health care delivery system in population health management. Chapters are grounded in industry leading literature references and cover the topics of power shifts, essentials in leadership theory, barriers to advancement, transformation of medical education, technology, and professionalism. MD 2.0: Physician Leadership for the Information Age refines the path of leadership for physicians of the 21st century health care system.
