The Author is an obsessed follower of up to date combat sports, mainly having practised Muay Thai as his foundation and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Watching Action movies as a young adult, he drew inspiration from combat Icons like Bruce Lee and Jet Li and eventually took up the Art of 8 limbs as a way to stray from the temptations of adulthood.
