Rahu (the North Lunar Node, "Dragon’s Head") and Ketu (the South Lunar Node, "Dragon’s Tail") have no physical manifestation but are mathematical points of intersection between the ecliptic of the Moon’s orbit around the Earth and the ecliptic of the Sun.
