I. Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you any areas in your life where love of money operates. Pray with focus and do not allow your mind to be distracted. God speaks to our minds. Pay close attention to what you hear or see in your mind as you pray. You can use your own words or the prayer below:
Lord Jesus, thank you for being with me and for revealing all things to me through your precious Holy Spirit. I ask that you forgive me of all my sins. Please forgive me if I have loved money and not obeyed you with my finances. I ask that you would reveal to me any areas in my life that I need to correct concerning my finances. Please reveal to me where love of money has influenced or guided me. Thank You, Lord. In Jesus Christ Name, Amen!

IV. Prayer of Freedom:
Lord Jesus, I thank You that freedom exist in You and only You. I ask now that You forgive me for following after money and giving it Your place in my heart. Please forgive me for every time that I placed money above You. I ask that You deliver me and set me free from the love of money and that You teach me how to keep money in its rightful place in my life. Help me to put You first and never dethrone You. In Jesus Mighty Name I pray, Amen.
