Our bodies are amazing things! They allow us to do so many incredible things like dance, run, and hug our loved ones. But sometimes, it can be easy to forget just how incredible our bodies are. We might get caught up in comparing ourselves to others or feeling bad about ourselves because we don’t look like the people we see in magazines or on TV.

This is where our relationship with our bodies comes in. When we have a healthy relationship with our bodies, we appreciate them for all they do for us, no matter what they look like. We treat our bodies with kindness and respect, and we don’t compare ourselves to others or put ourselves down.

Another way to practice body positivity is to stop comparing ourselves to others. It’s easy to get caught up in comparing ourselves to the people we see in magazines or on social media, but the truth is, those images are often heavily edited and not representative of real life. Instead, focus on your own unique strengths and qualities.
