This story was told by a trucker. From his words:

«Here after sunset the roadside is empty. Urban residents only pass this place by cars and do not stop. While it is light, they pick up voters, but only familiars. I am from Murmansk, I know the place well, I was traveled by whole area. And if after sunset someone will see pedestrian, he ran away. I heard this legend from an early age.

In the Newspapers of nearby cities then came the warning not to walk in the woods: the other prisoners told terrible things about these four. And each time it gets worse.

В газетах ближайших городов тогда вышло предупреждение не гулять в лесах: другие зеки рассказывали жуткие вещи про этих четверых. И каждый следующий раз всё страшнее.
