As well as an impressive number of building materials, every building activity is carried out by a different tradesperson and it’s up to a contracted builder to supervise them. A Preliminary Building Agreement or Preliminary Building Contract, also referred to as “pre-lims”, are pre-contract documents which include all of the tasks that need to be organised prior to signing a building contract.
