Ruger Crain is a professional crook catcher who catches crooks for the corporate world. This book is a compilation of stories based on cases that Ruger Crain has worked.
Who is Ruger Crain? Ruger grew up not far from White Rock Lake in Dallas Texas. He played football, basketball, baseball and was involved in martial arts. He started his college career in Oklahoma. He was placed on permanent probation his third day on campus having something to do with the use of a fire extinguisher but that is a story to be told another day. Ruger completed his BA in Criminal Justice at National University in San Diego California (while serving on an Admiral’s Staff in the U.S. Navy). He served in the Navy for eight years doing personal protection, physical security and counterterrorism work. After leaving the Navy he worked as an adult probation officer in Dallas (supervising 175 convicted felons) before going to work in the corporate world. Once Ruger became immersed in the world of corporate security and loss prevention he became known as a fixer. He was someone who had the ability to analyze a problem or situation, and set a path to correct the problem.

Stacy clearly did not meet the qualifications for a home loan. Stacy had worked out a deal of financial compensation for her girl friend and they jointly had defrauded the home loan mortgage laws. Stacy was found guilty of all charges in both State and Federal Court. She was sentenced to eight years at Gatesville State Prison for Women. Once she completed her State term she was then transferred to Federal Prison to complete her twelve year federal term. She completed her combined twenty years, now she is ticked off, is talking smack and wants to get even with Ruger. Ruger shared with Paul that will keep an eye for Stacy but was pretty certain she will find other ways to get herself in trouble. Paul said he found this fascinating and wanted to know how Ruger got into this business and if there were more cases that Ruger could discuss. Ruger told Paul that the investigation had uncovered that two other executive assistants had also been stealing. Ruger turned those cases over to his senior investigator who ended up working those cases. Both of those people were found guilty and ended up on probation. Ruger told Paul that he could tell him more. Paul and Ruger decided to take the rest of the day off and Ruger began to share some of the information that Paul was interested in hearing.
The aftermath: Once the confessions were complete and the arrests were made Ruger filed his report with Sammy. Sammy asked Ruger to correct the reports since there was no way that these guys were using the company van to hire prostitutes and bring them back to the building. Ruger let Sammy know that those were the facts and the confessions were made and written by each of the individuals involved.
