This publication publishes educational materials on the course “Civil Law”, taking into account existing curricula and educational standards, as well as changes in the civil legislation of the Russian Federation. The manual includes an organizational and methodical section, the contents of the program, based on a competent approach to training future lawyers, a study plan, educational and methodical and logistical support of the discipline “Civil Law”, diagnostic materials of current and final quality control of discipline. The presented teaching materials were tested by the author in the process of teaching activities in accordance with the actual needs and tasks of teaching in higher educational institutions. Systematic and accessible presentation of the material will allow the most effective use of time and available knowledge in preparation for lectures, practical exercises, seminars, tests and examinations in the discipline “Civil Law”.

The tutorial is intended for students, undergraduates, graduate students, teachers and researchers, as well as for all those interested in civil law.
