TOSH: Selling and Marketing Points:   Candid, funny, name-dropping, page-turning memoir by Tosh Berman, the son of Wallace Berman.   Wallace Berman is one of the most significant artists of American culture, associated with the Abstract artists, as well as the Beat Generation.
