NOTE ABOUT THE STYLE AND NATURE OF SOUL TRAP

CHAPTER 3 “STICKS AND STONES” His flesh hangs loose upon his body, and his bones that were not seen stick out. So after mocking him, we pummeled him with sticks and stones so as to tamp down those gwad awful protruding bones. Only then did he give up the ghost, allowing us to finally put him out of our misery
CHAPTER 4 “THE GOD COMPLEX” I will make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and will not let the gentiles pollute my holy name anymore: and the heathen will know that I am the Lord, the Holy One in Israel. But only after, I breach a few promises. That’s just how I roll
CHAPTER 5 “THE CHALLENGE” Ask thee a sign of the Lord your God. Ask it either in depth, or height above. Has the Lord’s hand, been shortened? Now we will see whether or not this thing comes true. And boohoo for you when it does
CHAPTER 6 “SINGING IN THE RAIN” Now, therefore, call to me all the prophets of Baal, all his servants, and all his priests; let none be wanting. For I have a great sacrifice to do to Baal. And when it begins to rain the sweet dew of life, we will celebrate in the crimson wetness of heaven
CHAPTER 7 “INFLUENCES” Who can bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion? Who can bring forth Mazzaroth [the zodiac] in his season? And can you guide Arcturus with his sons? Do you know the ordinances of heaven, and can you set the dominion thereof in the Earth? Which of you knows the workings of heaven that tug at the soul, with its many persuasions?
CHAPTER 8 “ORIGINS” In the beginning God created the heaven and the Earth, and the Earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. Then the spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters, saying, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and wonderments, and for seasons, and for days, and years. Just don’t use them for peeking behind the great curtain of Oz, or else
CHAPTER 9 “THE RELIGIOUS FOREST FOR THE TREES OF SPIRITUALITY” To whom art thou like in glory and in greatness, among the trees of Eden? See how I have made his boughs better than the rest of the trees, so that all the other trees envy him?
CHAPTER 10 “CAINICIDE” God therefore wrought jealousy between his creations. And the wickedness of man grew upon the face of the Earth, and the imagination of his thoughts was only evil continually. As a result, a religious pissing match ensued, even seeing the worst of the worst relieving themselves into the wind out of desperation. After all, how do you vie for the attentions of a God that created you in his image and likeness, only to malign you in the end, by playing favorites?
CHAPTER 11 “THE JEPHTHAH SYNDROME” You will not bring an abomination into your house; neither will you consort with it, lest you become a cursed thing like it. You will instead utterly detest it, and you will utterly abhor it; for it is a cursed thing. Then shalt thou beset it, kill it, and put it out of its misery; lest it corrupt you and you become a wretched thing like it
CHAPTER 12 “THOSE DAMN SATYRS!” Thus saith the Lord God unto these bones: Behold! I will cause breath to enter into you, and you will live. I will lay sinew upon you, and will bring flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and you will live; and you will know that I am the Lord your God as you dance about the graveyard in righteous indignation
CHAPTER 13 “AGGELOS” He, being so much better than the angels, has by inheritance obtained a much more excellent name than they. Then he, being so much better than they, rubbed their noses in it
CHAPTER 14 “APOCALYPSE NEVER!” The shapes of the locusts were like that of horses prepared for battle; and on their heads they wore crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men. They had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions. They had tails like scorpions, and there were stings in their tails. They had a king over them; which is the angel of the bottomless pit: whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue has for his name Apollyon. And he that ruled over them sat upon a white horse, saying, Behold! I am he that was dead, but now am alive for evermore. Amen!
CHAPTER 15 “QUEUE THE DANCING SHE-BEARS” Every man, woman and child, shall bear their own burden: even if they don’t deserve it because fair has got nothing to do with it. After all, what good is a God, any god for that matter, without a need? Even if that means I have to manufacture one from time to time. And don’t make me explain myself, or I will smite thee. Then I will smite your children; even their children’s-children. And because I’m in a smiting mood, I will smite them until the third and forth generations. That’s just how I roll
CHAPTER 16 “THOU ART APOTHEOSIZED!” Then the Lord said to Moses: See, I have made you a god unto Pharaoh! Now go and live up to the malediction we created that is I Kings 22:22
CHAPTER 17 “THE FIERY SERPENT, MANNA, AND GOD” I will consume them with hunger, and devour them with a burning heat, and with bitter destruction. I will send forth the teeth of beasts upon them, along with the poison of the serpents of the dust. The king of snakes will rear its ugly head so as to bite the asses of them that refuse to worship it. And boohoo for you too, when it does
CHAPTER 18 “GOD BLESS THE CHILD” So he went and lay himself upon the child, and put his mouth upon his mouth, and his eyes upon his eyes, and his hands upon his hands: and he “stretched” himself upon the child; and the flesh of the child grew warm. After he finished all that he devised to do to said child, he decapitated him so as to fully heighten the experience
CHAPTER 19 “IN THE NAME OF ALL THAT IS HOLY” When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying: Who do the people say that I, the Son of man am? And the people, they replied with, We thought we knew, but we know not. Have you now, made us our brother’s keeper?
CHAPTER 20 “PROTO ORIGINS” Turn ye not aside from the ways of God: for then should ye go after vain things, which cannot profit nor deliver because they are vain
CHAPTER 21 “THE SOUL TRAP” Wherefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold! I am against your magic bands with which you hunt souls, and I will tear them from your arms; and will let the souls that you hunt go free like birds. Only then, will I throw them to the ground in disgust where souls such as those belonging to birds are worth no more than a farthing
CHAPTER 22 “OH MY GOD!” They will know that I am the Lord, and not just some usurped deity from the land of Goshen as found in Egypt hiding within some stone obelisk so as to protect my dignity. Therefore they will know that I have not said in vain that I would do this evil to them! Men, women and children, it makes no difference because I intend to leave no survivors. You know how they can be: always talking about what they saw, and telling what they know
