Miss Helen Messiter is a young woman from Michigen who inherits a ranch on the West called Lazy D. She heads off to visit the ranch by car and unexpectedly arrives in an awfully dangerous situation, finding one fugitive trapped by a number of cowboys who wants his scalp.
