The book is a Commentary to the Federal Constitutional Law of 28 April 1995 No. 1-FKZ «On arbitration courts in the Russian Federation.» Discussed in detail are the powers, the formation and operation of district arbitration courts, arbitration appellate courts, arbitration courts of the subjects of the Russian Federation and the Court of intellectual property rights. The changes made to the Act in connection with the merger of the Supreme Court and the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, as well as the transfer of the administration of justice issues within the jurisdiction of the new Supreme Court are dealt with.

The book is intended primarily for law enforcers – managers and lawyers organizations, state and municipal authorities, as well as judges, court staff. The book will be useful to anyone who is interested in the functioning of the system of arbitration courts in Russia.
