Like all earth signs, Virgos go to painstaking lengths to ensure that their haven is simple, elegant and comfortable. They prefer earthy elements, such as plants, stones, crystals, fresh air and sunlight, each of which finds a special place in their living space. This humble and undemanding approach to styling conveys an underlying simplicity and orderliness that comforts you immensely, Virgo, even though it may not be in sync with your guests’ independent living styles. Earthy colours such as green, brown and sand, as well as wheat and wood blends, have a calming effect on your psyche. Natural materials like timber and stone are used generously in your physical space, and a lush garden full of blossoms and greens makes the Virgo home complete.

At the same time, try not to over-exaggerate the detailing and perfection in your design and layout. A structured approach may not harmonise with the natural, earthy and easy-going feeling that such textures and materials exude. Your focus is to create a relaxed and welcoming ambience with earthy elements, not a stifling sterile precinct that is psychologically jarring.
