This book was conceived as a collection of visual templates work designed for the quick identification of different kinds of destruction on a real object in field conditions survey in the framework of the preparatory work before the reconstruction, renovation and so forth. In the process of preparation of the monograph the authors have failed to find such a systematic and general work in the domestic literature.

The book can be used practices builders and scientists working in the field of restoration, repair and construction of buildings, historians, ecologists, planners and other stakeholders, as well as textbooks students of relevant technical and humanitarian specialties.
