Greens Choice Smoothies

The smoothie recipes in this section are not specific to the greens you choose. Simply choose among your favorite, from spinach, kale, or collards, or even broccoli. The choice is yours. These recipes are very flavorful with the fruits, unlike the recipes above that had specific "greens" in mind these allow you to choose.

Very Berry Smoothie

When you put the right fruits together, it does not matter which veggie you throw into the mix, you come out with a delicious and refreshing drink.

What You'll Need:

1/2 cup of greens (your choice)

1/2 cup of strawberries (frozen, sliced)

1/4 cup of raspberries (frozen)

1/4 cup of yogurt (strawberry)

1/4 cup of ice

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of honey

How to Make It:

Add 1/2 cup of greens of your choice, 1/2 cup of frozen sliced strawberries, 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries, 1/4 cup of strawberry yogurt, 1/4 cup of ice, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of honey into a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
