7 A coping mechanism is a behaviour or action you tend to turn to during times of stress. What are some of the coping mechanisms you usually turn to?

8 Think about your friendships and relationships.Is there someone in your life who makes you feel good when you're around them? 10 Identify someone you can talk to about how you are feeling or the things you are going through.
