Оглавление- A scenario with a new IT service that is needed. Assume there are Development and Operations teams available.
- An (example of an) existing IT service that is live and managed, provided by the trainer or the candidate, complete with scenarios of escaped defects.
- Other candidates or co-workers of the candidate may act as the Development Team and the Operations Team. The assessor may act as a customer. The student acts as the Service Master. See Effective DevOps for a description of the roles.
