• Juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma

(adolescent males)

• Lymphoma

• Tornwaldt cyst

Pharyngeal Mucosal Space Mass

• Tonsillitis/abscess

• Squamous cell carcinoma

• Lymphoma

Retropharyngeal Mass

• Abscess/phlegmon

• Adenopathy/nodal metastasis
