When a mechanic repairs cars in his workshop and he repairs them alone, he will never get the idea to repair with someone, or likely, he will. But there are people who can’t organize a large workshop, or rather, do not want to. Well, this mechanic is fine with the ability to repair, everything comes with experience, and, it seems as though, he has no memory problems in order to organize a large workshop. He understands perfectly well that you can make the workshop better due to the large number of personnel. But he doesn’t want to develop it. Why? He is afraid. He is afraid of taking responsibility for others, perhaps one would say so, but it is not just the case.
