We call you to worship in the name of our African ancestors

Ancestors who have gone before us

Ancestors who have shaped our history and

Given us rich heritage to cherish and treasure

As Africans we walk tall and proud of our identity

Because we walk on the shoulders of our ancestors

Come and let us celebrate who we are

In the face of the world that is different from us

An African way of worship, we affirm who we are

People of Africa welcome to this fellowship that

Will take you out of colonial captivity

And set you free to worship God in a manner

That is truly inspiring and meaningful
