Your time is like a flower in the spring who wants to grow, but people do not let it grow.

Like a little flower full of energy, power, life force, coming through the Earth to new life, but people do not let it grow. Your life is like a little flower in the spring. New potential. New life. But people do not see it. They want to be stuck in the old energies, the things they know. But they have to go forward to a new life. Full of peace, love, gratitude, friendship, brotherhood. A new life in peace. This flower is on the way. But many people do not think that it grows. Do not let it grow. They are full of hate and fears.

What is growing in your life? What is new? Let this grow now. To a new life. Something in your life that you always wanted to do. To learn. To write. To paint.

Like the crop. The seeds are put in the Earth in the winter time. They are lying in the ground, and there is still nothing to be seen. It is waiting for you let it grow. Grow.

We send you healing light and peace. Feel it in your heart, body and your mind. Let it grow like a flower that comes out of the snow. It brings hope, peace and life.

You are like this flower and should not give up. In dark and cold times do not give up and grow towards the sun and the stars.

We are here from the old times. The Forgotten Ones. We are the Indians, from the Earth, nature, sun and stars. We are the Forgotten Ones, but we are still here. We love the land. The flower. The trees. The stars.

Not only we are forgotten. Nature is forgotten. We are the forgotten.

We want to help in peace. To live in peace.

All is living. The Earth, the stars, the seas, the animals and the flowers.

We are here to help you to go through these times towards a new Earth in peace.

The buffalo goes to the storm. We will help you through this storm this time.

It will be a storm. More than you believe. But we will help you through this time.

We are the Forgotten Ones, but we are still here.

We are the healers of this Earth and your soul. Feel the energy in your soul and your heart. We are here to heal you and your soul. Feel it.

Like the snail and the soul. Find the patience and the soul inside yourself. Find the answers in yourself.

Go into your heart and your soul. Do not believe in others.

Find it in your own soul. We help you with this. Like the snail which goes into its house. Learn to go into yourself. Every day. Every week. As it is possible for you.

Do not look for the truth outside yourself. Go inside and find it in your heart. We help you to find it.

Go into your heart and feel the truth. Not into your mind. People want to control your mind. Your brain. But come into your heart and feel the truth in this world of life. We can help you to find the truth.

The truth does not belong to the loudest man. You can find it in nature. In the trees. The animals. The spirits. They are not loud. You have to find them. They are waiting for you. Go to nature and find the truth.

We send you healing energy now. Feel the energy from our world. From us, the forgotten. We are still here and you can feel us through this energy. We are still here.

We send the healing energy through the times of your life. Like layers inside of you. Layers that need help and healing and trust and hope. What is not in balance? What is crying for help? Unseen? Bring it in harmony.

Everything has its place. Like the stars in heaven. Everything has a place in your life. Listen and trust.

It is time to go, but we will be here soon again. We believe in you. We protect you. We heal you and help you through these times.
