You cannot imagine that you have met or lived with a family member or good friend more than once in a previous life. Also the recurring incarnation is taboo for us Christians, and one does not want to hear about it because one cannot imagine it. Also a physical handicap is often not understandable, because one thinks that this would not be just from the divine side. So the next report in the media will give us an insight into these thoughts:

Spirit of God: Let us now come to the next case study. Today I will tell you about two souls who now live in the spiritual world. They were already closely connected during their lifetime, namely as man and woman. I will first tell you about their penultimate lives.

There these two lived together as brother and sister in a large family. His name was Willy and she Marta, and for a better understanding I will keep these names also for the next life, where they will become man and wife.

Willy was handicapped in walking, because he had crippled feet, but he was loved by all his siblings because he was the youngest. Marta, the eldest, loved him more than anything else and had taken special care of him, so they had an intimate affection for each other.

When his parents died, Marta had taken this youngest brother to her, they both remained unmarried. At that time it was difficult to get a job and one lived on casual work. Life was very poor and they did not make great demands on it, they were content if there was enough food. The sister, however, also had to pay for the daily bread of her handicapped brother. But she did not consider it a burden, because a bond of love and togetherness held both of them tightly entangled.

Then came the time of farewell from this world for these two as well. They had not burdened each other in any special way, for life a few centuries ago had not yet taken on the hectic forms of the present time and therefore there were not so many opportunities to tempt themselves. But everything went so only towards a slow ascent. That was also the case with these two. They too only walked up the ladder of ascent a little.

First, the handicapped brother died. When he arrived in heaven, he asked that his sister be given a great reward for her sacrifice, for she had done him so much good. The angelic world that took care of him told him that he had now paid off the last part of a debt in this earthly life through his difficult life, since he had been handicapped, and thanks to the care of his bodily sister he would have been spared from even greater inconveniences. This connection with her would now have benefited him. But this bond of love, which connected the two of them, still came from an old spiritual friendship, from an even earlier life.

They had not been together in every life since then, but for the penultimate one, God's world had arranged for them to become brothers and sisters, and Marta could care for him.

So this soul had been granted the grace of the divine world, because you people in your present existence can hardly imagine the conditions as they were then.

Now this Willy, who was the first to enter the divine world after his miserable life, had begged for a great reward for his sister, for she had behaved like an angel towards him. Then one of the heavenly beings said:

"Yes, she was like an angel to you, but her life was not always like an angel's life, she also made mistakes."

She also stumbled, but her great helpfulness and love for her sickly and handicapped brother was well credited to her. And when she too came to the afterworld, her brother came to meet her. He was no longer handicapped and upright he had received his sister. Immediately he had begged the high angels of heaven again to show mercy and grace to his sister, for she had done so much for him. The divine beings were also merciful to her, had credited her with her good works, and the two were left together in their mild purification in the first time. Later they were separated, for each one fulfilled his duties in a different field. But that does not mean that they were not allowed to see each other again. They had the opportunity to meet and talk to each other. The bond of solidarity that had held them together for so long also continued.

Then the time came again when they were told that it was time for a new life on earth, for only in a new life on earth could one prove whether one was able to come closer to God, for life on earth offers the opportunity to express the virtues and to work for God and his world. But then the two had expressed the wish to come together again in the next life on earth. Yes, their wish was even to be allowed to live together as husband and wife. This wish was fulfilled for them. The God's Mother watched over the fact that both of them were born in the same village after their transformation and grew up with each other. So they had found the way to each other easily and entered into marriage, as the spiritual world had done, because it was in their life plan that it should be fulfilled, because they had also determined a task for the two of them. They were to go through joy and sorrow with each other in their lives.

But now I have to come back to the fact that when they had expressed this wish in the world of God, it had been explained to them:

"When you enter the new life, it will not be easy for you, for wars will come with much sorrow, need and hunger.

This was also told to all the other spirits who were prepared for the new human life at that time.

They were told that they would not find the earthly world in peace, but they just had to pass through these stepping stones for their spiritual development and were therefore destined to be born into this time.

That is how they had later married together. He had become a journeyman with a blacksmith in the village, and she occasionally did washing work, and that gave them a reasonable income. In spite of their modest circumstances they lived happily and contentedly with each other, for here the spiritual connection, their soul friendship, which had existed for many centuries, was evident. Now they should be able to live together as man and wife, but this happiness did not last long. The First World War came and the man was drafted and had to go to war. The woman stayed behind and had to suffer hunger. She heard little from her husband. But the war ended and he could return home. But he was not the same man as before. He had become a different man, neglected inside and out. In the depths of his soul the war had badly affected him, especially since he had become ill, and so living together was soon clouded. This Marta still tried to understand her husband. She was so sorry to see Willy depraved and addicted to drink. He found no work, she had to pay for her daily bread, but it was very meagre. Her husband always tried to drink the last of the money. He had lost his way, and he felt that he was ill and nobody could help him, because he was lung sick.

So they lived there and a great death came. The woman also became ill and died in the great dying of that time. Now the man was alone in his misery and degenerated completely. But he was so ill that he would not live much longer.

When Marta had returned to the spiritual world, she had expressed to the angels her wish that they might take her husband home as well. During the first time of her spiritual return she had not become aware again of what had brought her together with her husband and what an intimate bond had embraced her. She could not let go of her thoughts of her husband, she always remembered the events of the war and the misery, and so she could not find her way in the new world at first. She had fallen into a state of mental distress over all that she had gone through in life.

But the spirits of God took care of her, as they did of all her brothers and sisters who came home at that time. Many of them had arrived in despair. There were young mothers who were torn away from their children, young fathers were also there, and their spiritual need was also expressed in the spiritual realm. But the world of God had summoned its missionary spirits to comfort these returning home, those who had been snatched away from life. There were many soldiers who could not find their way, who needed to be comforted. Many still clung to the earth and to some object. They had remained on the battlefields and did not want to leave them, because they thought they were still alive.

The missionary spirits had a lot to do in those days. They had to convince the fallen that they had died for this world and that they would be taken care of in another world.

Separate spheres had been prepared for them, where they were brought together, and there was an active activity of these Missions and helping spirits, who gave much comfort there, so that these souls could come to rest themselves and until they were ready to take over a task themselves. First they had to familiarize themselves with the new world, into which they had been led. Also many spirits who were themselves still in the ascent, but willingly lived in the order of God, had agreed to lead these suffering brothers and sisters. They were taken to their relatives who had been left behind to show them that good-hearted people had taken care of them, that their children were being cared for and helped as much as possible. They were to be allowed to see for themselves and for some it was a great comfort, and so they were able to fit better into their new life.

It was similar with Marta, who had returned home. She had also immediately agreed to stand up for her husband Willy. But now an angel of God stepped in and said:

"After this life, you two will not be on the same level. This war has brought so much disaster upon mankind, and so we must be concerned that something will be created out of this disaster for progress after all."

All this had now been examined in the world of God, and brothers and sisters had been called to service in the spiritual realm. They were to descend to men to support them and to lead them out of trouble. The good spirits did it as best they could under the guidance of a higher being. But the good spirits were not alone who had come to relieve the trouble, to give comfort, to create better things. There were also spirits from the kingdom of hell coming in great numbers and they took possession of those people who were living in discontent. For after this war had ended there had been no peace. The powers of darkness found the opportunity to use those insecure, desperate and weak people as tools, and they had already drawn their plans.

So these wretches busily went to work and chose their tools from among these souls, and they inspired them in their own way that the spiritual ascent would not take place as quickly as it would have been according to the spirit world of God. For those dark powers knew what right was due to them, and they made full use of their right. They wanted to rule and prove that men would not yet be so far in their spiritual development because they cannot overcome so much evil. They also wanted to prove how weak men were and how quickly they could be persuaded. The art of persuasion comes first with these lower beings.

They are great artists at deception and persuasion. So they went to work, and they also knew how to do it, to build up new misery, new worries.

But that is not what we are talking about, but how Marta and Willy fared. Marta could rise, because she had not burdened herself much in her last life. Her life had also ended early in this great dying. But she wanted to put herself into the service of her neighbor, and especially when she learned about the bond that bound her to her former life companion.

But all this was only revealed to her when she had been prepared to work according to the aims and wishes of the high spiritual world. For there was much to accomplish. Those who so desperately entered the spiritual world had to be looked after. The angels of God asked them and the other willing ones and explained to them

"You can now earn merit in a higher degree if you take care of these desperate people. For Martha and her willing helpers had even better empathy and understanding for these unfortunates who only entered the world of God, for they themselves had experienced misery and misery on earth not long ago as human beings. So they could tell the desperate new arrivals that they had also gone through these difficult times and as a result they listened more to these comforting brothers and sisters.

Now this Martha had fulfilled her task to her satisfaction, so that an angel of God revealed to her which bond of soul she had connected with Willy, and she now wanted to pray for him and help him on his way of ascent. For in the life before last, when he had been her brother, he had asked the high spirit world for her, that she might repay her for what she had done to him. Now it was the other way round. Now she begged God to be merciful to him and not to give him as much credit for his guilt as he deserved, for many would have been dragged into the abyss in those terrible times and would have lost themselves because they no longer had the opportunity to think as they did before the war. They had had to endure too much disaster, they had had to watch too much dying and so they had lost the ground under their feet.

Now the world of God did not want to give credit for all this to the severely tested. It did not want to blame the individual soldiers to the same extent, but those who were responsible for the war should be called to account. Thus, it did not want to withhold the grace of God from those soldiers, but the others who were responsible for the war did not receive it, were punished severely and have to make amends or pay off the injustice in several incarnations, depending on the guilt.

They, these returned brothers and sisters, the fallen in the war, who were in such need and distress, they were allowed to be comforted by the heavenly helpers and were then led to their appropriate level.

So this Marta had found her task especially with her former husband. She had implored the holy spirit world and had previously earned through her diligent work that her wish to live together with her life companion was fulfilled, i.e. she could share the time of purification with him. And so she could assist him and thus accelerate his ascent. Even if she had to leave him temporarily, it was because he had to prove that he was capable of fulfilling his tasks by his own strength, without her constant assistance. For free will should be expressed uninfluenced by others.

So from time to time this Marta had to leave her life companion alone, but she was all the more pleased when she was allowed to visit him again to fulfil the tasks together with him. So later they were left together for a longer time, because Marta wanted to share the purification with him of her own free will. She herself had not had to endure any difficult purification process. Later, when the greatest distress for her comrade was over, when he was given relief, they were to be allowed to be together again. Marta had then tried to give him her love again.

When he had also climbed a few steps, or rather a few steps, it had been made clear to him what bond of attachment he had with this spiritual sister. As in a film, it was also made clear to him again, through which lives they had gone, which friendships they had cultivated together in the spiritual world and which tasks they had carried out together. So now he had been happy about it again and could lift his thinking. Little by little he had changed, because in the beginning there were still low feelings in his soul for a long time, from which he could not free himself so quickly, as little as from what had once burdened him.

This Marta tried to make good to him what was only possible. By being revealed to him what bond of connectedness she had formed, he had shown greater courage and had done everything possible to live as the world of God required of him. He had also carried out the work that was demanded of him in the world of God with great zeal. For he had only one desire, that this bond remained with him. It was also made a condition for him that this would only be maintained for him if he made an effort to ascend.

So they were left together for a long time, but then again a spirit of God came and explained to them that it was better for them to separate now because each one should, and this refers to the present time, each one should now go his own way and strive for further ascent. Because for each one a new goal is set.

It was explained to both of them what they have to achieve in the future to find themselves again. Each one now has to fulfil a task in the world of God as a test of his own, so that they may be reunited. As far as I know it is not yet clear in which way this will happen.

That both of them will make an effort to fulfill their tasks is quite understandable; for the two are so attracted to each other that each will do everything to fulfill his tasks just to get together again.

I must explain the following. There is a deep reason why these two feel attracted to each other, for they belong together. As God created the spirit world, it is always two who belong together. These two have already found each other again in the lower stages of their ascent after the Fall of the spirits. They had recognized each other and each had tried to keep this bond of connection, to find each other again. They had taken on tasks for this, they had overcome many a thing and said yes to the demands, because their bond of love was so great that they could overcome everything.

If two people are lucky enough to meet again in the lower ascension stages, this does not mean that in their ascent no more troubles will cross their paths, that no fate or trials will bother one or the other. Together they are tested even in times of need for the strength and power of their togetherness.

Now you can imagine that these two will continue to strive to fulfill their tasks in such a way that one day they will be born into a better time and into a country where no wars are in prospect for them. In the meantime they may now also look at humanity as it is today. And there they make their contribution to the spiritual ascent of men. They are classified to work so that peace prevails among men where they are reborn.
