Chapter 1 The Creation of the Sun, the Moon, and All of the Stars

Оглавление

Genesis 1:14–19.

This will involve the creation of the sun, moon, and the stars, and will include the reasoning that God used in their original creation.

[This is what we call Wednesday.] Genesis 1:14–19:

“AND GOD SAID, LET THERE BE LIGHTS IN THE FIRMAMENT OF THE HEAVEN TO DIVIDE THE DAY FROM THE NIGHT; AND LET THEM BE FOR SIGNS, AND FOR SEASONS, AND FOR DAYS, AND YEARS: AND LET THEM BE FOR LIGHTS IN THE FIRMAMENT OF THE HEAVEN TO GIVE LIGHT UPON THE EARTH: AND IT WAS SO. AND GOD MADE TWO GREAT LIGHTS; THE GREATER LIGHT TO RULE THE DAY, AND THE LESSER LIGHT TO RULE THE NIGHT: HE MADE THE STARS ALSO. AND GOD SET THEM IN THE FIRMAMENT OF THE HEAVEN TO GIVE LIGHT UPON THE EARTH, AND TO RULE OVER THE DAY AND OVER THE NIGHT, AND TO DIVIDE THE LIGHT FROM THE DARKNESS: AND GOD SAW THAT IT WAS GOOD. AND THE EVENING AND THE MORNING WERE THE FOURTH DAY.”

The first thing we want to look at is the reasons that God had mentioned for making the sun, the moon, and the stars:

1.He said for signs,

2.He said for seasons,

3.He said for days,

4.He said for years,

5.He also said for light upon the firmament of the earth,

6.And to divide the day from the night, or the light from the darkness.

God begins the rotation of the earth to divide the night from the day and to begin the gravitational pull on planet earth. This will become very important from this time forward in God’s creation, because, up until this point, everything had been fixed to the earth, but from this day on God will begin the free-moving creations to climax with the creation of man on day six. Therefore, on days five and six gravity will become extremely important, as we will see.

Notice that God said that He set all the stars in the heavens. It is very important to notice that all the stars were placed where they are. They did not just fly randomly out there and stop after a big bang, a super nova, or an explosion of any kind. We must understand that all the stars were placed by God in their positions in space. Once again, all the stars were placed, not at random, but specifically placed, in patterns, by God, where they are. This is a very important fact, because of the first reason mentioned for making them, which was for signs.

Of all the reasons mentioned for making the stars, the sun, and the moon, this reason, for signs, is the only one that seems difficult for us to understand. All of the other reasons seem to have a clear meaning. For seasons, days, and for years, even for light, all seem to be easy to comprehend. But for signs! Just what does this mean?

For seasons, for days, and for years, we can seem to understand because, at least in the recent past, everyone has been familiar with the yearly Almanac, which would explain the full moon cycles and the best times to plant and to harvest. This would help us to understand the seasons which God alludes to, here in Day Four.

We also have the lunar and solar calendars each year that help us keep up with the days of the year and of the years in general, in regards to the sun and the moon. But what about the signs?

The signs show up in regards to the sun and the moon, as well as in the stars. Let’s look at the sun and the moon with regards to signs, first.

It is hard to imagine the earth sitting in space all alone. But here it was, the earth, alone! Then God caused the sun and the moon, by calling them from elsewhere, or just speaking them into existence. However it happened, God brought them about at this time. Now the earth is no longer alone, out here in space. But why were the sun and moon created?

We know by these Scriptures that the sun is to rule the day, and to give light upon the earth. We also know that the moon is to rule the darkness, by reflecting the light of the sun upon the earth. We know that this indicates the need for the revolving of the earth in space; however, it also indicates the beginning of the rotating of the earth, in order to produce the day and the night due to the earth’s rotation. In this case, it is obvious that the earth has begun its rotating, and is in rotation, here at this time, to produce the separation between the day and the night, and the gravitational pull or attraction on the earth. Now, up until this point in re- creation, gravity has not been required, or needed. Hereafter, God is going to produce all the free-moving creations upon this earth, and gravity will be not only needed, but essential, at least after this day, Day Four, of re-creation.

Here it is very clear that until the earth is set in rotation around the sun, and the moon is set in rotation around the earth, and our entire solar system is in rotation around the entire open expanses of space, that the earth just sat here in the open expanses of space, awaiting the advancement of God’s next move in His plan of creation, after His statement of having made an end, but not a full end, in Ezekiel, Chapter twenty-eight, and in Jeremiah, Chapter four.

Now that God has divided the water and the earth, with the earth setting still here in space under the mantle that God has created on Day Two and receiving the full benefit of the full exposure of all of the rays from the light of God for the flora and fauna, the grasses, the herbs, and the trees, which were all firmly attached and fixed to the earth, with no need for a rotation of the earth until today, because there was nothing upon the earth that would require gravity, God begins the rotation of the earth for the dividing of the night and the day, and to provide the gravity which will become necessary on Day Five and Day Six, and thereafter, due to the free–moving, air-breathing creations that He was going to create, which would need the day and the night, and the gravity to hold them to the earth.

But what about the signs concerning the sun and the moon?

This is a very interesting question. When we see the sun, we are in fact looking at a representation of Jesus, the Christ. If you will remember when we looked at pre-creation verses, we saw that God had planned for Jesus to come and become the sacrificial Lamb, and the Light of the World, even before the foundation of the world was begun in Titus chapter 1 verse 2B, and in the book of Hebrews in chapter 13, verse 20. So this fact, that God had already planned for Jesus to come and redeem all of fallen man, should make this representation of the sun, representing Jesus, more plausible for us to easily understand.

We also saw that, in the book of John 1:1, nothing that was created, was created without him, or Jesus, and He was the light and life which was with God in the beginning. Now all of these verses we have already explored in our pre-creation scriptures, and this, should make these representations easier and clearer for us to understand.

The moon has more than one sign that it represents. The first is the mother representation of Israel and the foundation of Christianity, which is Judaism. Without Judaism, there could not have ever been the church. Jesus had to come through Judaism to His own, who would reject Him at that time to allow for the church to be established as a result. However, in the last days, God will restore Israel and Judaism to her rightful place in His covenant promises.

Psalm 89:34–37:

“MY COVENANT WILL I NOT BREAK, NOR ALTER THE THING THAT IS GONE OUT OF MY LIPS. ONCE HAVE I SWORN BY MY HOLINESS THAT I WILL NOT LIE UNTO DAVID. HIS SEED SHALL ENDURE FOR EVER, AND HIS THRONE AS THE SUN BEFORE ME. IT SHALL BE ESTABLISHED FOR EVER AS THE MOON, AND AS A FAITHFUL WITNESS IN HEAVEN. SELAH.”

In these verses God reaffirms his covenant and confirms his word with Israel through King David. God also states that David’s throne will be forever as the sun. This refers to Jesus who will come; thus it is through Jesus who will inherit the throne of David forever. The sun represents Jesus, who was yet to come. The moon reference is to Israel as a whole, and even to the Ecclesia, or Church, which would come from Israel and Judaism, after the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.

Also the moon represents the ecclesia, or the church, which should be reflecting the light of the sun, or Jesus, in and to this darkened or lost world. This should make it easier for us to understand how God has planned for everything by providing for every contingency, even before it ever happened. This should also allow us to see that the church, or ecclesia, and even Christianity was accounted for even in the heavens long before it ever came about.

Therefore, when early man looked into the heavens and saw the sun and the moon, they were foretold of the coming Savior, Jesus the Christ, to redeem all of fallen man, and His ecclesia or church, and even His body saints, even though they may not have actually understood it all at that time.

There is evidence and teachings by Jewish rabbis and sages from ancient Jewish writings that all this was clearly understood from Adam all the way through Abraham. However, Nimrod, at the Tower of Babel, began perverting all of this clearly understood knowledge, in order to pervert the gospel record that was recorded in the heavens. This perversion of the heavens continued even after this time in Egypt, in Greece, and in Rome. All of these perversions were authored by Satan, from behind the scenes obviously, because he did not want this story spread or taught openly.

We also want to look at the problem that ecologists seemingly have with God creating plants and trees before He created the sun for light, heat, and food for them.

This is not the whole story that is told in the heavens concerning the signs, especially, in the stars, but I would like once again to address this seemingly important problem, that ecologists supposedly find so significant, of the plants, grass, and trees being created before the sun, moon, or stars.

As I have already stated, and is so very clear in the Bible, on day one of re-creation, that God’s perfect presence was still here on this earth. This presence was the light that melted the waters in Genesis 1:2. It was perfect light and it provided the light and heat necessary for all the grass, herbs, and trees. This then is a moot problem that does not become of any value even to ecologists, unless they do not choose to believe in God!

Now, this is the real problem! They really do not want to accept the Genesis record, not because of a flaw, but because they just do not want to believe in God! This then is really a spiritual problem of theirs, and not a problem of the Word of God.

Realizing this, we can clearly see that this so-called problem is really a satanic deception rather than a valid flaw that should even be considered.

Let’s look once again at the signs as they appear in the stars. This record of signs in the stars has been addressed by many other scholars in the past, and is not something new that has just been discovered and brought to our attention.

As I have already mentioned, this record of the signs that God established in the heavens was obviously clearly understood from Adam all the way through Abraham, even to the time of the Egyptian sojourning by the Israelite children. This has been so clearly discovered in the Planetarium when it was discovered at Dendera in Egypt by Napoleon’s explorers during his campaign in Egypt.

It must be understood that the stars and the sun and the moon are fixed in their locations in the heavens. Although they rotate and move through the heavens and space, they always remain fixed to their constellation groups and their chartable courses throughout the heavens. Therefore, they remain the same and constant. This is why God tells us that He placed them in the heavens, and they are for signs, or a model, or a foretelling of things to come.

Therefore, the constellations can be counted upon to tell the same stories in the heavens that they always have, as God had designed even from the beginning, providing we are able to understand the real story that is foretold, and not just some concocted or made-up version, as it was first perverted by the man called Nimrod, at Babel, and others throughout history, but the real story found here in the heavens, supported and reported in the biblical or gospel record.

This opens some interesting revelations about the signs in the stars that we will look at now.

First, we will see that there are twelve major constellation groups, and each major constellation has three minor, or support constellations to support each major constellation. The total number of constellations in the heavens is forty-eight. They all tell the same story and reveal the real truth.

This fact then brings up some major questions:

1.But just what is the story?

2.Where do we begin, and end, to study this story in the heavens?

3.Does this story support the Genesis and Gospel records?

We are about to answer all of these questions, and it should reveal the truth as it was begun even before time.

Where to start? This question is answered in a very unusual place. In Egypt, we find many interesting phenomena. The sphinx is only one of these strange things. When I was in school many years ago, the history teachers were unable to explain the sphinx or the reason for its existence. At best it was thought that it might be just another tomb of some kind. However, it has been discovered that the sphinx is a marker of just where to start in the study and explanation of the mysteries or signs in the heavens.

The Sphinx

The sphinx has a head of a woman, and a body of a lion. This is extremely unusual in its design, until you understand the reasons for this peculiar design. In the constellations in the heavens, there is one group of stars known as Virgo, or the virgin. Another group of stars is known as Leo, or the lion. These account for two of the twelve major constellations in the heavens. But why is this so important?

In central Egypt, at Esneh, a temple was discovered. In the central rotunda, plottings of the twelve major constellations were found in a circle on the ceiling. Interestingly enough, included in these plottings was found a drawing of the sphinx. And it was placed in between the constellations of Virgo and Leo. This has proved to be very revealing. It tells us just where to begin and to end in the study of the heavenly stars and their constellations.

As the sphinx has the head of a woman, and the tail, or end, of a lion, it is placed between the constellations of Virgo, the virgin, or woman, and Leo, the lion. Then we would realize that we should start with Virgo, as the head or beginning. Since the constellations are placed in a circle, the obvious end would be in Leo, or the lion. This then would clearly explain the meaning of the sphinx. It is simply a structure which was designed to reveal to others, clearly, where to begin and end in the study of the heavenly bodies, stars, or constellations.

With this understanding, we can now begin properly studying Day Four of the signs in the stars, as God created and placed them in their heavenly locations, or signs, as constellations.

As we now see, thanks to the sphinx in Egypt, we begin with Virgo, and we will end with Leo in the study of the signs, or model, or story, in the stars.

Then what do these stars clearly reveal to us, or what is the real story that God has set in the stars?

Remember, as we look at each of these constellations that all of the stars in these groups do not suggest the way we know them as. They do not now, nor have they ever resembled the way we know them as. So it is very unusual that every culture or civilization throughout history has always used the same symbols for each of these star groups.

Why? Because God has set them so! Too many seem to think that these symbols seem to come from a pattern developed in some manner, such as connecting the stars of a particular star group, like connecting dots, but this is just not so. In fact, there is no way any of these symbols can ever be contrived, even accidentally by using this type of reasoning. But there are always one or two exceptions, however, that could be treated this way. One exception is the cross or crux constellation which we will look at, further on, in our exploration of these heavenly bodies.

How, then, did these symbols occur? It was by the names, the original Hebrew names, in fact, given to the stars of each of these groups, by God, in the beginning.

PSALM 147:4:

“HE TELLETH THE NUMBERS OF THE STARS; HE CALLETH THEM ALL BY THEIR NAMES.”

ISAIAH 40:21–22:

“HAVE YE NOT KNOWN? HAVE YE NOT HEARD? HATH IT NOT BEEN TOLD YOU FROM THE BEGINNING? HAVE YE NOT UNDERSTOOD FROM THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE EARTH? IT IS HE THAT SITTETH UPON THE CIRCLE OF THE EARTH, AND THE INHABITANTS THEREOF ARE AS GRASSHOPPERS; THAT STRETCHETH OUT THE HEAVENS AS A CURTAIN, AND SPREADETH THEM OUT AS A TENT TO DWELL IN:”

JEREMIAH 10:12:

“HE HATH MADE THE EARTH BY HIS POWER, HE HATH ESTABLISHED THE WORLD BY HIS WISDOM, AND HATH STRETCHED OUT THE HEAVENS BY HIS DISCRETION.”

EXODUS 20:11:

“FOR IN SIX DAYS THE LORD MADE HEAVEN AND EARTH, THE SEA, AND ALL THAT IN THEM IS, AND RESTED THE SEVENTH DAY: WHEREFORE THE LORD BLESSED THE SABBATH DAY, AND HALLOWED IT.”

All of these constellations are, and have been, referred to as the zodiac, and the Mazzaroth, which are simply designations of the star constellations as a whole. However to take a closer look at each of these designations, we will see that by their collective names, the meaning of their existence is clearly defined.

In the use of the name zodiac, there is a common misconception from the outset. This misunderstanding is derived from the entirely bogus concept, that this word zodiac is derived from the Greek word zooie, which actually means animals. This misconception is bogusly derived at because of the large amount of animal symbols found among the signs in the constellations. However, this is an incorrect assumption. As I digress to explain this bogus conclusion, it should become crystal clear that there is entirely no way that this conclusion can actually be contrived when you are in possession of all the actual facts, and are not allowed to be deluded by the obvious deceptions that seemingly appear in the constellations, without a full understanding of their actual, factual meanings, and the real reasons for their existence.

In the case of the term zodiac, the misconception is that the root word comes from the Greek word zooie. This is the same word that we come up with the name for all our animal collections in the major cities throughout the world, which we refer to as zoos. We determined this name for these areas of caged animals, simply because these areas are filled with strange and wonderful collections of animals and birds, and in many cases aquariums, also, filled with strange and wonderful aquatic life of all kinds. Yet, even though this Greek word would accurately apply to these areas, due to its actual meaning in the Greek as animals, when it comes to the heavens, and their constellations, it would not be appropriate, simply because many of these animals seen in the stars are unlike any that we can see here on the earth. Also, many of these visualizations among the heavens are actually combined; for example, one has half a body of a dying ram, and the other half of the body is that of a fish. Now, just where have we seen any such creation here on earth? Another is of a half-man, half-horse, which in Greek mythology we call Centaur. However, in reality, we cannot see it at all, because there is no such actual creation, as in the case of half-woman, half-fish, which we call mermaids, even though they do not actually exist either. Therefore this Greek word would apply accurately with regard to the zoos upon the earth. Yet, they would not accurately apply with regard to the heavens and the constellations.

Once again with regard to this word zodiac. If it does not apply to the Greek word, then just what does it apply to?

The first clue goes back to the beginning as God created the heavens and the stars. First, God created them—long before there was such a thing as man, and especially before there was such a thing as a man called a Greek, with a language called Greek, from such a place called Greece for this language to come from. In fact, this Greek language, although it is older than this, does not appear in prominence until the time of a Greek man, called Alexander the Great, and his conquests of all of the known world of his time. Therefore, he caused the language of Greek to become the common language of all the known world, after all his conquests of his time. However, his time was some four hundred years, or four centuries, after the book of Daniel, in the Old Testament, and Daniel’s encounter with Nebuchadnezzar, the King of Babylon, which was some five hundred years, or five centuries after the man called Moses, also recorded in the Old Testament, which was approximately five hundred years, or five centuries, after the man called Abraham of the Old Testament, who was the first patriarch of the Old Testament, some three-hundred-and-fifty years, or three-and-a-half centuries, after the man called Noah, who, as everyone knows, was the builder of the Ark, at the time of the Flood, or deluge, in the book of Genesis in the Bible.

All of this walk through history is simply to reveal that the stars could not have been referred to as the zodiac, from the Greek word, as a root word, all the way back to Day Four of re-creation, because there was no such language that far back then.

In fact, according to the Bible, and the Tower of Babel, there was only one common language spoken throughout the entire world, even from the original creation of man, or Adam, until God confounded this original language into all the commonly known languages which are now known throughout the world, at the Tower of Babel, in the Old Testament, in the Book of Genesis.

Just what was this common language that was spoken commonly throughout the world from Adam, to Noah, and even on until the fifth generation after Noah, until the Tower of Babel?

This language had to have been what we now call Hebrew. This Hebrew language is the oldest known language upon the earth. All of the other ancient languages have basic root connections to the Hebrew language. Ancient writings also tell of these stars in the heavens, calling them by their Hebrew names, which outdate all of the other more recent star charts of other civilizations, which keep the Hebrew root meanings.

Therefore, the word zodiac actually comes from the Hebrew root, which actually means a path or a trail, as in a route to follow. The definition of this word is much more accurate than the Greek word, meaning “animal.”

Now when we can see that this word zodiac actually means a path or a trail which is to be followed, this story or sign will become much more interesting and revealing.

With this in mind, when we look at the other word Mazzaroth, which is the other name also used for the constellations, which we will also see listed in the Book of Job, along with other constellations also, it will be easier for us to understand the meaning of this word, which means a crooked trail or a snake-like path. In fact, the entire grouping of the twelve major constellations are in a circle, but when you cut the circle at the beginning, at the constellation of Virgo, and twist the half circle around at the seventh constellation, and lay it upon its side, it becomes exactly that, a crooked trail, or a snakelike path, or an “S” laying on its side, beginning at the constellation of Virgo and ending with the constellation of Leo, the lion. Thusly, it becomes a path or trail of constellations that can be followed, that also tell a marvelous, miraculous, and wonderful story, if you can then read it from the beginning to the end, to see exactly what God is telling us through the signs in the story, in the constellations in the heavens.

Let us take a look at this story that God has put as a sign for all of us in these constellations in the heavens!

The first thing here to recognize is that there are twelve major constellations that are divided into thirds, or groups of four sets of major constellations each. This makes three sets of four groups of major constellations, each telling another part of this overall theme of God’s plan, or signs in the heavens. There are three minor constellations that are attached to, and support, each one of the twelve major constellations’ themes, making a total of twelve major constellations with each of their three support constellations totaling forty-eight complete constellations visible in the heavens. Also each of the forty-eight constellations have within them stars which, by their original names, all support the themes of each of the individual minor, and major, constellational themes, and all these support each other. Realize that only three of these individual constellations’ stars can actually reveal the overall theme picture that is revealed. Then, just how do we derive their overall picture? It is by the original names of all of these stars throughout each of the individual constellations, as we will see. Since the original star names were in Hebrew, each civilization that followed kept the pictorial record pretty much exact, but changed the star names into their individual languages at later dates. Even though they did this, they kept the translations almost the same throughout the entire star systems, even though the overall stories were perverted from Nimrod through the Romans. However, even this did not spoil the entire story, as we will see.

To keep it simple, and to make it easier to comprehend, the three major divisions will appear next, followed by each of the four groups of the twelve constellations, with each of their three minor support constellations in their orders.
