Causes of Illness

It is easy to believe that the causes of illness are well known: there are genetic factors, infections, trauma and the aging process. Is there anything we can even do about that? Man, it would seem, is powerless before them. The only hope we have is drugs - a quick-fix medical relief.

But is that the whole picture?

First of all, the list of causes above is incomplete. There are other things that can be harmful to your health: bad eating habits, a polluted atmosphere, poor water quality, a sedentary lifestyle, physical and mental overloads, negative thoughts, negative emotions… had enough yet? The list goes on. It turns out that there are many factors and causes affecting our health – and that our health is not limitless. Such thinking might make us want to call it quits and succumb to depression. But, where there’s a will there’s a way. There is an answer.

The answer I speak of does not lie in listing causes for different diseases, but in enlisting the body’s own ingenious ability to regenerate and rebuild itself.

Life Pre-Training

The human brain controls and manages millions of minute actions instrumental to a human being’s vital functions. With each passing moment in the human body, there are new cells being born and old cells dying, there is a variety of chemical processes taking place, not to mention the entire complex array of reflexes that ensure our survival.

The brain is amazingly adept at handling these tasks. It is truly second to none.

You are able to carry on a conversation, read, watch a movie, eat – all the while your brain is controlling your body.

But when we get to such things as thinking, making decisions, and reacting to old and new illnesses, when it comes to responding to certain situations that we find ourselves in over the course of our daily life, there can be errors and malfunctions. Often, the brain gives us logically accurate but not realistically viable decisions. The opposite is also true. People who are in harmony with their own body and with their mind often come up with decisions that bear no outward logic, but that nevertheless prove to be correct for the given situation.

Here’s an example. Your knee starts hurting. Your body, via the brain, is telling you that there is something wrong with the knee joint. What do you do? You take a pain-killer. Your actions seem externally logical, but if you take your health into consideration, your decision to take the pain killer is wrong. You did nothing to help the knee joint recover and rebuild itself. All you did was dull the sensation of pain, but your actions did not in any way affect the healing process.

Often, people make vital, life-altering decisions which only appear to be logical and correct on the surface. In reality, however, the brain makes an “error” in making this decision. And the person is left to reap what he has sown in the form of illness and dissatisfaction with himself.

Life Post-Training

So, what should you have done about your knee?

The “bare minimum” solution: You should have placed your hands where it hurts and directed the energy coming from your hands inward, to the center of the pain. Ring a bell? Haven’t you ever, as a child, rubbed the spot where you hurt yourself with the palm of your hand? Why is it, then, that you knew how to help heal yourself as a child, but have forgotten all about it as an adult?

The “next best thing” solution: You should look at the source of the pain with your inner vision. It is important to see the nature of the illness, its pattern. Then you should focus your love on the region of the injured joint or organ.

The “full force” solution: You should set in motion the process necessary for the rebuilding of the injured area to its healthy state, using the “Health for Power” method.

Beginning

I will warn you right off the bat, that this training will have an immediate effect. You will inevitably feel a change in your state after the first practice. Naturally, you shouldn’t be naive in your expectations – real results, true health and power, will only come with regular training.

It is important to follow the order set forth in the training

You do not need to stop any medication you may be taking, if it has been prescribed to you by your doctor. You will, however, speed up the recovery process considerably, and your doctor may eventually tell you that you are in perfect health.

The most common questions and answers can be found in the last chapter of this book.

The Secret

We all know that the human brain collects information and retains it over the course of a person’s life. This is common knowledge.

Think of a newborn child. It can neither talk nor understand human speech; it cannot recognize the objects or events that surround it. But what is the newborn’s brain doing? It is actively controlling and directing all of the processes congruent with the development of the body.

How is this possible?

Well here’s how: even when the baby is still an embryo, its brain already knows the structure of all joints, muscles and organs, the composition of blood, and many other things. The human brain knows and retains information about the general model of a human body, from cell and bone composition to muscle and organ function.

Why, then, do people get sick? Is it because the brain merely retains this knowledge without using it?

Not quite. In reality, what happens is that the mind tries to compare its model of the way a human body should function against what happens to the body at the onset of an illness. When the cause of a future illness is repeated day after day, the brain accepts this situation as the norm, and stops “insisting” that the model it has stored in its memory is right. It basically “agrees” to the illness, confusing the changes caused by sickness with the natural evolutionary process. Influencing factors (genetics, infection, stress, bad eating habits, poor water quality, etc.) change the brain’s innate understanding of the original human model.

There have been studies which have found that human organs can viably last for 150 years, or even more! On average, however, people live half as long as intended by nature. Why? Because people get sick.

The truth of the matter is that there are laws governing the “ideal” human body performance.

These laws are constantly kept in the brain’s memory, up to the time of the body’s death. This information is inerasable. The true genius of the human body and mind is that, based on the laws above, it is possible to regenerate areas of the body that have been damaged.

The Key

So… Answer a question for me. Who do you believe to be in charge of your body? Give it some thought. Who is in charge? You? Or your brain?

You are a magnificent, complex, integrated organism capable of feelings, thought, joy and love. You are a single whole.

The brain is just a part of you. It is, to be sure, an ingenious mass of grey matter that you carry around in your skull. It is the best computer that the world has ever known.

But who is in charge?

You, the whole? Or just one part of you?

Don’t rush with an answer – really give it some thought, try to feel it out.

Let’s call our entire organism a “House”. In this House, there is a master and there are servants. The internal organs, the joints, the muscles and the brain – are the servants. Yes, the brain is a servant too! It is a very smart servant, and a very talented one, but it is a servant nonetheless. You are the master. You are the whole. This is a very important concept that you must understand and accept. Really feel this. Then, everything will fall into place.

The main issue here is that man is not the master of his body or of his life. The brain makes the rules and sets the terms of a person’s life. The brain gets to decide what a person must and must not do. The brain has turned from servant into master, and this servant-turned-master makes unhealthy mistakes in the House.

This situation needs to be turned around. You can learn to control your own brain, to rebuild your health – you can realize any goals that you set. You can achieve anything, however fantastical it may seem.

And this is the Key to health and power!
