1.2 Piso-Certification Class 2
ОглавлениеPiso-Certification of an integrated management system for small size enterprises and land-users as an acknowledgement for continuous improvement processes. It fosters a combined scheme of environmental, quality, energy, hygiene, occupational health and safety management systems/techniques.

The certification system requires operators of services to improve their internal management of resources (huge savings), comply with legal provisions (avoid fines on none legal compliances), take safety measures (save money on the cost of liability insurances) and provide good imagine to their customers (respect customers and their acquisition). This will also make the business to be attractive for investment (bank loans, investors) because of sustainability measures that have been put in place. The whole cost of the Piso-Certification can be used to reduce business taxes during tax declaration. Piso-Certification Class is awarded to acknowledge commitment to sustainable operations and continuous improvement processes. Piso-Certification is locally, regionally, nationally and internationally awarded without any limit.
The certification is being awarded for 1 year, when the operator of services proved that the defined criteria are being fulfilled. The criteria for awarding the certification is based on the implementation of environmental, quality, energy, hygiene, occupational health and safety management/technical measures as a combined process. The criteria for awarding the certification are different for every specific single operator based on differences in processes. The right of the award of the certification is based on a contractual arrangement and it is not public or transferable.
§ 1 Promoter
(1)
The award of Piso-Certification is to acknowledge sustainable operations and Continuous Improvement Processes (CIPs). Piso Institute is responsible for the award of the certification.
(2)
Piso Institute is responsible for awarding the Piso-Certification. The appropriate authority of Piso Institute acknowledges for each region of operation an approved representative organization.
§ 2 Award of Piso-Certification
(1)
The Piso-Certification is locally, regionally, nationally and internationally awarded without any limit. The criteria for awarding the certification are different for every specific single operator and periodic specified. The right of the award of the certification is based on a contractual arrangement and it is not public or transferable.
(2)
The certification is awarded for 1 year, when the operator proved that the defined criteria are fulfilled.
(3)
In the case of not complying with the defined criteria for the award of Piso-Certification, Piso Institute will request a written letter from the operator to clarify the situation. If, the situation is not addressed, then the right of the certificate to the operator will be withdrawn. The misuse of Piso-Certification can lead to legal consequences.
§ 3 Criteria for Awarding Piso-Certification

The criteria for awarding Piso-Certification are different for different operators, but important is the compliance with environment, quality, energy, hygiene, occupational health and safety management/technical measures for each specific case.

Piso Institute is responsible for the approval of the certificate. The first award of Piso-Certification is in the following steps:
Acknowledgement of interest by sending an application (formula) and registration fee
The registration for small/micro size enterprise is 100 Euro, small size company is 200 Euro, Medium size company is 300 Euro and big company is 500 Euro.
Conclusion of the contract between Piso Institute and the enterprise/company. With this contract, enterprise/company confirms that the applicable criteria are met at all times.
Piso-Certification enters into force upon confirmation of the company’s representative or substitute.

The contract for extension of the awarded Piso-Certification for another 1 year is considered, when the operator before the end of the valid period of Piso-Certification proved that the defined criteria are continuously fulfilled. When the operator does not response before the end of the valid period, Piso will send a written request to demand for a re-certification audit within 4 weeks. If, the operator does not comply with the request, the right of re-certification is cancelled. Then to obtain the Piso-Certification again, the process will be the same as that for the first award of Piso-Certification. The operator has the right to cancel the contract at any time by sending a writing letter. The extension fee for small/micro size enterprise is 50 Euro, small size company is 100 Euro, medium size company is 150 Euro and big company is 250 Euro. Otherwise, a new registration is required. The Audit price is calculated based on standard-audit price in the region and confirmed with the enterprise/company.
§ 4 Right of Neutrality
Piso Institute appoints representatives in many regions. Data security is respected by Piso according to the legal rules.
