imperfect simulacrum

Оглавление

a rough approximation of some type of situation

thought up binary code with computers not a human mind in sight

just beeping of machinery and maths and the technology

so far advanced it recreates what cannot be created and it

sings a song for daisy bell.

why does it touch the heart to hear a robot’s approximation

of infatuation?

if there are hearts around to witness

that is

rare commodity these days you see

the human labour far-outdated, far too complicated all the up-keep and

according to the laws and regulations

business needs more robot and less daisy

so they’ve torn apart and packed and shipped to other halves of planet earth

no, robots don’t remember

with the ability to forget you may remember

no death no life, no life no love, no loss

& no one left behind

the distinctly human condition
