I am honoured to introduce George Norris’ new book ‘Strategies for Success’ and to write a foreword which will guide the reader to the wisdom of this wonderful person. Every book published by George is an event, because of the person he is, his knowledge and passion for all things that are humane, inspiring and progressive. His books are hugely enjoyable, motivational and empowering. To read him is to trust him and to learn, for his life has been touched by extraordinary experiences, adversity and great victories.

Since the time when we first met, George Norris has become one of the most important people in my life. There is something magical about George’s love of people, his humour, his wit and profound humanity. I have had the privilege to see George’s coaching: it is about coping, about strength, and about hope. He does this through his story-telling, books, in his radio program and his workshops. The shortest of conversations one may have with George would leave the person feeling injected with enthusiasm, a renewed self-belief and conidence.

I have sought George’s assistance in developing professional coaching programs for senior managers and executives both in Australia and overseas. George’s understanding of what makes successful and happy people has been instrumental in the development of some truly transformational leadership coaching programs. George is an internationally renowned coach and motivational speaker.

George is a great strategist. In this book George gives his reader guidance on how to succeed in life, how to maintain a positive attitude and inspire oneself and others. George himself is a great source of inspiration for many and I feel that his biggest gift to all of us is his amazing coaching talent, kind heart, his intelligence and the positive power of his personality.
