If you’re finding it difficult to get to sleep at nights, have you tried reading a book?

Reading a book, compared to watching television, enables you to use your visualization process and dream or imagine the people and the plot in the book.

Watching television on the other hand, stops this process as you are already watching the people and the plot.

So next time you’re restless and can’t sleep, sit up and read and I’ll bet you soon feel sleepy.
