• Duphatrim Bolus: trimethoprim 200 mg/bolus and sulfadiazine 1 g/bolus; 1 bolus/40 kg daily for calves only. Meat withhold 15 days.

• Marbocyl Bolus: marbofloxacin 50 mg/bolus; 1 bolus/50 kg daily for calves only. Meat withhold 6 days.

• Norodine Bolus Tablets: trimethoprim 200 mg/bolus and sulfadiazine 1 g/bolus; 1 bolus/40 kg daily for calves only. Meat withhold 15 days.

• Occrycetin Bolus 500 mg tablet: oxytetracycline 500 mg/bolus; 1 bolus/50 kg twice daily for non-ruminating calves only. Meat withhold 14 days.

• Strinacin 11 Tablets: sulfadiazine 1.0 g/tablet + trimethoprim 200 mg/tablet; 1 tablet per 40 kg daily. Meat withhold 15 days.

• Synulox Bolus 500 mg Film-Coated Tablet: clavulanic acid 100 mg/bolus + amoxicillin 400 mg/bolus; 0.5 bolus/40 kg twice daily. Meat withhold 9 days.

• Trimacare Bolus: 1.0 g sulfadiazine + 200 mg trimethoprim per bolus; 1 bolus/40 kg daily. Meat withhold 15 days.
