The de‐noised sensor data can be reconstructed from all modified wavelet coefficients at the level of resolution L. The reconstruction process is in the opposite direction to the decomposition process; that is, the process proceeds with level j=L, L−1, …, till 1. As such, intermediate modified approximation coefficients at each level of resolution, j−1 can be recovered by up‐sampling modified approximation and detail coefficients at the level of resolution j.
