 Similar to atrial fibrillation but less common in horses.

 Baseline sinusoidal wave with more frequent “f” waves, referred to as saw‐tooth pattern, between two consecutive QRS complexes.

 Uncommon in horses.

 Treatment is the same as for atrial fibrillation.
