Physical Examination
ОглавлениеNo palpable neck mass is identified. Oral cavity exam shows an ulcerative lesion limited to the occlusal surface of the right mandibular alveolus measuring 2 × 1 cm. The lesion is not tender to touch, does not extend to the buccal mucosa or floor of the mouth (see Figure 2.1). The rest of the exam, including flexible laryngoscopy, is within normal limits.
