An association needs to fabricate new business applications with the least amount of venture capital for computational and hardware resources for supporting its customers. The association may lease the computational and framework resources on a per-hour or per-storage-unit basis from a CSP who supplies this type of office.

Organization management is influenced when more customers or extra enhancements are increasingly added there to expend the service. To conceal the circumstance, the association either may develop new foundation or may lease resources from some CSPs with pay-as-you-go pricing. According to one cloud service provider, “it’s smarter to lease than to purchase.” In this way, the association can lessen its consumption by leasing the services from the CSPs.

While a client is going to get services from the CSP, the CSP may guarantee the security and privacy of clients. There are motivations for maintaining a few types of clouds for specific reasons, particularly the public cloud, private cloud, hybrid cloud and community cloud discussed below.
