Dear friends,

I believe that our loved ones who have passed on are always with us. That they look after us. Protect us. And that belief touches my writing.

I feel the most spiritual in Seaside, Oregon. It is where I spent so many summers as a child with my mom, grandmother, and uncle. Wonderful memories that give me joy and peace even today. Seaside has become my Paradise. So it wasn’t hard for me to feel inspired to write here when Bob and I made Seaside our home. I wanted more than anything to write a book, a tribute, to those three in a place that we four loved so much.

That was how A Thousand Summers came to be as well as the sequels Secrets At The Cove and A Place Called Paradise that will follow.
