Here are the answers to some important questions.

Q	Why am I being asked to take some tests?
A	You may have school or work qualifications, but these tests give extra information which will help employers to select those applicants who are best suited to the job or their training programme.
	Tests also help you to explore your abilities; this should assist you in choosing a suitable area of work.
	People who are successful in the job have usually done well in the tests, so both employers and applicants get what they want.
