26 Apr, year 2089. Iraq. South Deserts
ОглавлениеVideo stream started with the opening filled with spectacular videographics and accompanying sound. The name of the program «Technical science» was displayed in the end.
In a small make shift studio one could see a show presenter who was heavily built, had a bearded face, a chiseled nose and black eyebrows hanging over his blue eyes. He was dressed in a light knee-lengh white tunic, adorned with a variety of Eastern ornaments. There was a bright blue cap with yellow edge piping on his head. In the center of the cap there was a «Technical science» logo. A huge advanced space launcher complex «Babylon», built by ambitious architects, was seen in the background. The shuttle «New World» was towered over the launch site down the road from the facilities.
PAVEL KUSHILEV
– Hello! This is a program «Technical science». Today me and my team are located in Iraq at the space launcher complex «Babylon». We are waiting for the launch of the shuttle «New World» together with the whole planet.
An exoskeleton with tripod and stabilizing device which held a high-tech camera, a microphone, lighting equipment and a compact satellite antenna, was fixed on a dark haired Asian cameraman. A stoutish girl Elina was sitting at the small table with portable studio equipment. Her long bright red curly hair was put up and colorful fashion clothes made the girl feel more confident. Elina was applying effects and graphics onto the broadcast picture as well as displaying the advertising and replying viewers’ questions. The cameraman shifted the camera focus from Pavel to the center of a makeshift studio. A white-haired man of a middle age, dressed in a colorful suit with cosmic microwave background print, appeared in the frame.
PAVEL KUSHILEV
– I want to introduce my today’s guest Peter Pachus – expert in astrophysics, cosmology and quantum physics, writer, author of fifty scientific articles about the Universe, author of popular science programs about the space, Nobel prize winner in Physics for black energy particles discovery, black matter and derivation of the spatial displacement formula. Good day, Peter, and thank you for finding a place for our program in your tight schedule.
Peter was in cheerful and happy mood.
PETER PAKUS
– Good day, Pavel. Good day, our viewers!
PAVEL KUSHILEV
– Peter, your CV is impressive and blows up our brains. You are Stephen Hawking, Michio Kaku and Albert Einstein of our time.
Peter was imbued with the phrase said by Paul about the outstanding theoretical physicists.
PETER PAKUS
– Thank you, Pavel, for excellent comparison with such great minds of mankind.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– Present us the stunning shuttle «New World» and the tenth wonder of the world – the space launcher complex «Babylon». Tell us about their tasks, goals and purpose.
PETER PAKUS
– Yes, indeed, the space launcher complex «Babylon» may be considered the tenth miracle of the world. It is built in association with the USA Space Agency (NASA), Russian Agency («Roscosmos»), Far East Agency (MESA) with the support of Chinese Agency (CNSA)and European Agency (ESA). There are hotels, restaurants, clubs, assembly rooms, parks, huge number of places of interest and museums in this space metropolis. Special attention is given to our young researchers. A whole Star City is built for them here. I am very happy that space agencies of many countries, as well as their governments, realized that for the further development of mankind it is necessary to go beyond the planet Earth, explore the space and look for the planets, suitable for human life.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– Fortunately, actual global problems of the world affected their understanding.
PETER PAKUS
– Exactly! Global problems have given impetus to the construction of the space launcher complex «Babylon», the International in-orbit satellite and the collider for spatial movements. Just imagine that 11 billion people already live on Earth.
If this trend continues, then by 2150 we will already have about 18 billion. Overpopulation of the globe and human activities have already begun their significant effect on the planet. Global climate change cannot be stopped. The temperature of the planet rises, and this, in turn, leads to the melting of Arctic ice, rising of sea levels and flooding of territories. The land also becoming less fertile. Food problems have affected every country on planet Earth. There’s no need to say about the ecological state of the planet, which is getting worse every year. You already know perfectly well: the ozone layer is depleting, animal species are declining as never before. There are more and more new types of viruses and bacteria. They provoke epidemics and diseases that are dangerous for the Earth's population. The horrible environment is connected with fresh water due to the spread of chemical and toxic substances. And deforestation has crossed all the borders. Since we have already started with global issues, I can’t get past the energy and natural resources which consumption is estimated in petawatts and millions of tons. And, of course, I have to say a few words about the urgent problem in the form of the global financial economy. This is an incomprehensible, tangled ball of thread that is unlikely to ever unravel.
Elina displayed videos, graphs, statistics and annual reports on modern global problems of mankind.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– Yes, Peter, I agree with you completely.
PETER PAKUS
– Science and technology are almost powerless here. Unfortunately or fortunately for all of the humanity. We left the only way out of this situation for ourselves – the search for a planet suitable for human life and the relocation of mankind there.
Paul listened with interest to statements of Peter Pachus.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– I cannot but note your contribution to space exploration. Thanks to your discovery, which allows you to move in outer space faster than the speed of light, we will be able to explore the nearest solar systems with their planets. Tell us, how spatial movement occurs in a less scientific language.
PETER PAKUS
– Outer space as a whole is flexible and elastic in its structure, it can shrink into a singularity.
Peter held his hands together.
PETER PAKUS
– Or expand as in the big bang.
Peter spread his arms to the sides.
PETER PAKUS
– The flexibility and elasticity of outer space is confirmed by the Albert Einstein’s general theory of relativity and the space mission of Gravity Probe B. By the way, particles of dark energy and particles of dark matter give elasticity to outer space. And then I realized that if the space vacuum is flexible, then it is possible to pull up or bend the desired area of outer space. For example, not to fly to the Moon for three days, as the Apollo and Luna-2035 ships did, but distort the space so that you can enter the window and instantly go into the orbit of our satellite. I took up this fantastic event.
After years of painstaking work, I, with the help of my colleagues from the University of Oxford and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, managed to do this through specially developed super-technological equipment and many different research methods. We managed to prove the existence of dark energy particles and dark matter particles. Our Universe includes 68 % of dark energy, 27 % of dark matter and only 5 % of everything else – galaxies, stars, planets and everything that mankind knows. To put it simple, black energy is a broth where ingredients float in the form of a substance of black matter and particles in the form of you and me. As a result we get such a «universal soup.»
Elina displayed a snapshot of the visible Universe and a diagram with its composition. Pavel smiled as he liked the joke about the «universal soup.»
PETER PAKUS
– We took a cosmic vacuum, and using a particle accelerator, we separated the dark energy from all the impurities entering it, and received pure dark energy. Holding dark energy in the accelerator, we directed particles of energy to a particular area of outer space. In the area where we directed particles of pure dark energy, opened a window of a collider size. Particles of dark energy came into contact with substances located in this area and stuck them to themselves. Remembering the information, they instantly transferred it to the collider. Thus, the region of outer space was bent and attracted, opening a window for spatial movement.
Elina created a 3D model of the collider and showed the viewers how the spatial movement occurs.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– Peter, what you’ve just said is incredible.
PETER PAKUS
– Everything happens at a level comparable to 10–55 degrees, not amenable to any logic. I explained very quickly and without details, you can learn more about spatial displacement, about the properties of dark energy and dark matter by watching the series of programs «Through Outer Space with Peter Pakus».
PAUL KUSHILEV
– I think it reminds me something from the realm of science fiction and teleportation.
Peter laughed.
PETER PAKUS
– Let's leave the teleportation to science fiction writers. In academia we call it the movement through space and time.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– Can we say that dark matter is faster than photons of light?
PETER PAKUS
– Yes, we can, and much faster, I would say much, much faster than photons of light. And most importantly, pure dark energy doesn’t warp, unlike light photons, and passes through cosmic matter and space directly.
Paul's face expressed amazement from what he heard.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– This is amazing. We were a little distracted, and I would like to remind you my first question about the mission of the «New World» shuttle. What are its goals and objectives?
Elina displayed graphically modeled mission of the shuttle «New World».
PETER PAKUS
– Our innovative «New World» shuttle will be launched from the space launcher complex «Babylon». Having entered outer space, it will head to the international orbiting satellite and the space collider. Using the collider, we will send the shuttle to the yellow dwarf star system called «Alpha Centauri S».
This system is similar to our Solar one, only three exoplanets are located in the inhabited zone of the star at once, which increases our chances of finding a planet suitable for human life. To search for it, six reconnaissance drones are located in the cargo compartment of the shuttle. They will be sent to study the atmosphere and landscape of the planets.
Having discovered a planet suitable for life, astronauts will be transferred to small jet vessels and go down to take samples to see for themselves whether it is suitable for the settlement. We will restart the collider 30 days later and, using spatial movement, our shuttle will return to the planet Earth with samples for a more detailed study of them. I hope that by 2090 humanity will nevertheless begin to populate a new planet and you and I will begin to live as in science fiction novels and films.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– How far is the solar system «Alpha Centauri S»?
PETER PAKUS
– It is located in the Southern Cross constellation in the distance of 1,67 light year from us.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– Is the spatial movement safe?
PETER PAKUS
– Yes, after conducting numerous tests, we were convinced of the safety of spatial movements both at the entrance and at the exit. I would also like to add that before our heroes take such a long journey, we thoroughly studied this solar system and made sure of its viability.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– Peter, we can listen to you for hours, you are an amazing storyteller and you’ve captured all our attention. Let's talk about the «New World» shuttle and about its team. Please, tell us about it.
Elina displayed the data and a brief summary of the «New World» shuttle for the audience.
PETER PAKUS
– It was created jointly by NASA, Roscosmos, CNSA, ESA. At the moment it is the most technical and innovative machine in the world. It is made using graphene material and it is extremely durable, lightweight and, most importantly, protects our crew from all types of radiation and adverse environmental conditions. Its length is 120 meters from the bow to the end of the engines. The diameter is about 12.5 meters, while its mass is just over 3,000 tons. It has three residential floors. At the first level are the personal cabins of all crew members as well as the reactor. On the second level there is a common kitchen, entertainment and sports compartments, a medical compartment and laboratories for exploring New Worlds. At the third level there is a cockpit, storage and cargo space. In the cargo compartment there is a couple of air jets and equipment for exploring New Worlds. Our crew will be helped by an extremely powerful FilPC computer.
Elina displayed a short video about the FilPC computer. It was a frameless one-in-one PC with stereo vision systems and lidars hidden inside the case for interaction with the outside world.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– Yes, this is a true supercomputer.
PETER PAKUS
– I completely agree with you, Pavel. FilPC is equipped with an atomic battery, artificial intelligence, which can be trained in the process of interaction and conduct live communication with our astronauts. It is also equipped with a high-definition screen, has tremendous computing power and high-end stereo vision and sound. FilPC has its own Internet with 1024 terabytes of information and a search engine. It can independently move in zero gravity. Yes, it really lacks a cybernetic body, and it could capture the worlds if desired. This is probably why its creators from China, the USA and Russia, having seen enough of the films, put FilPC in a harmless all-in-one PC.
Paul and Peter laughed.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– Thank you for a wonderful story about the shuttle and the quantum computer FilPC.
Paul looked directly into the camera.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– Now let's talk about the shuttle crew. It consists of seven people.
Elina aired photographs of crew members and a brief summary of them. In front of the audience there was a photograph of Terry Taylor, an athletic man, with a fancy hairstyle of black hair, blue eyes, a Greek nose, flat lips and a manly chin.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– The crew commander is 53-year-old Terry Taylor. U.S. military pilot, lieutenant colonel of the U.S. Air Force and NASA astronaut engineer. He participated in the construction of the International Orbital Satellite and Collider for spatial movement. Record holder – 1561 days in orbit.
A photograph of Igor Vladimirovich, a bald, chubby, medium-sized man with a large forehead, brown eyes, a large flat nose and puffy lips, appeared on the screen.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– The co-pilot is Guard Colonel Igor Vladimirovich Tkachenko, 51-year-old military pilot from the Russian Federation. Cosmonaut of the Russian Federation. He has numerous state awards, and he is the current world champion in aerial aerobatics.
Two photos appeared on the screen. One of them depicted an Asian man named Zhou Siyu, who had a fancy hairstyle, green eyes and a powerful pointed chin. The second photograph showed a chubby faced Asian woman. Her short hair was dyed pink from the inside and blond from the outside. Brown eyes were accentuated by a brow with a bent and with a sharp little nose. The girl's name was Zhou Qunfei.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– Researchers and taikonauts from China: 28-year-old brother and sister Zhou Qunfei and Siyu. Both graduated with honors from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and have doctorates in astronomy, engineering, physics, and biology. The next photo showed a woman of European appearance, with long black hair, gray-green eyes, chic plump lips and a perfect snow-white smile. Her name was Anita Lewis.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– 35-year-old British woman, ESA astronaut Anita Lewis is responsible for the health of crew members. She is a medical science professor at the University of Cambridge, UK.
A photo of a black African-American appeared on the screen. He had curly black hair, dark expressive eyes, a thick nose and puffy lips. His face was adorned with a neatly tucked mustache, turning into a beard.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– Our geologist, ESA astronaut, payload specialist, originally from Nigeria, is 38-year-old Jase Adesenya. By the age of 28 he conquered all 14 peaks eight thousanders on planet Earth and set a new high-speed record of climbing to their peaks. Now it is 5 years and 8 months.
The following photo showed a slender sophisticated girl of Tatar nationality with an oval face, long light brown hair, expressive gray-blue eyes, which were emphasized by elongated cilia. A neat, pointed nose went well with beautiful cheekbones turning into slightly puffy lips.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– Team psychologist and part-time linguist to establish contact with an extraterrestrial life form is 35-year-old Anastasia Gradeckaya from the Russian Federation. She is a professor of psychology and linguistics at Moscow State Technological University named after N.E. Bauman.
Paul turned to his guest, Peter Pakus.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– Peter, what can you say about the shuttle crew «New light»?
PETER PAKUS
– The crew is wonderful! A great combination of science, engineering and humanities. I am sure that our crew is not afraid of any difficulties if, of course, they don’t meet «strangers» there.
Peter and Paul smiled.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– Great, Peter! Thank you for being able to find a few minutes for us and our viewers.
The operator moved the camera angle from the general plan to Paul and with a movement of his hand showed him when to start the speech.
PAUL KUSHILEV
– We have less than 10 minutes left before the start of the shuttle «New World». After a short advertisement, we will continue direct inclusion from the «Babylon» space launching complex.
Following Paul’s words, Elina launched sponsorship trailers and commercials. Pavel, cameraman Ilya and Elina took some photos with Peter Pakus and thanked him for the visit. After Peter's departure, they drank some water and discussed among themselves the small details of today's broadcast. The commercial came to an end and their makeshift studio continued its work.
