The writer of this book is an Indian American living in the USA since February 1, 1970. I have seen big changes in America in the last fifty years. I had migrated to the USA from India and settled down in New York City. I lived there until the Fall of 2010. After more than 40 years, In the fall of 2010, I moved to New Jersey. We migrated to the USA for a freer, more prosperous life. We were not poor in India and had a good middle-class Life

My eldest child was 2 years old when my wife immigrated to the USA. My two younger children were born in the USA. The few things I remember are not publicly discussed anymore. It was the tail end of the 1960s, the new social order was being

Created. The Americans were recovering from the Brinkmanship of John Kennedy's Cuban Missile Crisis, Assassination of young vibrant unorthodox first Catholic President John F Kennedy. Also, the Assassination of the most respected peace & equal rights crusader in US history, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Robert Kennedy, a civil rights supporter in his own right, were more recent and had further relapsed the USA into Racial and Class Divide. Though many years have passed, the unfortunate events, my memories are still fresh. Most things changed during this overlapping opinions and gaps. Fashions, Politics, Art, candy and other popular items changed. The Village Voice, the ultra left-wing News Paper became a mainstream publication. The Vietnam war and anti-war demonstrations were both in full swing. The Pentagon, Generals and president Johnson were lying about the Vietnam War. They were falsely claiming victory and covering up impending defeat. Hippy ended but its effects remained.

Despite all these revolutionary Changes the rest and stressless lifestyle had not ended completely. In July and August, one could find signs in Business Widows and Doors, "closed for vacation". There were practically no 24/7 or late closing stores. Even the new climate of social practice was not realistic. Life for most Americans was less hurried and much less stressed. One day, I was in a meeting in East Village in a modest hall for discussions on climate change because of the news of pollution. After the conclusion of the meeting, the hall was full of smoke of the big pipes, cigars, and cigarettes. These were the so-called hippies and remnants of them. Hippies were the least racists of all sections of Americans. The race was not used as a tool to give bad names to political opponents and bludgeon them to infamy. My observation was that racism was real and not used as a tool that much as it became later on. Racism was used as a truthful expression of one's feelings not to falsely accuse political opponents. There was an open revulsion to falsehood and started going to the extent that it made some people dysfunctional. Racism, Capitalism, and Liberalism were not used to beat people into infamy. The likes of Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts, and Rashida Tlaib of Michigan could not be successful because McCarthyism was not dead, yet. Now, Neo McCarthyism has appeared again in New USA. Loyalty to the political parties was not stringent.

Gay and lesbian was a novel term for us as well as for most Americans. Gay was a derogatory term as compared to straight. The use of homo and sexual orientation terms ameliorated the terms more tolerable. The health food trend had started but most health freaks were not very healthy. They were using their young bodies as guinea pigs to try newer fad foods. Even today a stroll into East and West Village of New York City, one can see people eating "healthy foods "on sidewalk eateries but people have palefaces. Lip sores were common as a result of herpes and HIV besides or because of the general lifestyle. The white middle class started moving out of the city to newly created and older suburban towns. Till mid-eighties Black population was nonexistent in suburbs. It was later that blacks who could make it financially despite great odds started moving into the suburbs. Most people greeted each other, even strangers, in the streets. The new greetings of youth "I am tired" and "I don't care" were not in vogue.""God bless you and God bless him/her "phrases, were common and very often you could hear. Gratitude and Carefreeness were part of Life. The new selfishness, indifference, and denial of reality were not common as of 1970. From 1970 to 2020, Incomes have increased in nominal dollars from $ 8369 to about 65000, about 775%. Inflation in these 50 years has been responsible for decreasing the purchasing power of the dollar by over 700%, thus only a

marginal increase in constant dollars. But the Needs and the Wants of the Americans have increased much more. That is more unhappiness and more frustration today. There were no Mobile phones and no American spent more on phones and gadgets than on groceries. This has disproportionately affected the poor and near poverty level families and younger poor individuals. The health care costs were much lower and there was no opioid epidemic and there were fewer drug addicts. We were more Blessed. The older Americans at fixed income did not suffer as much as they do today if they augmented their social security income from interest on the retirement savings. The lower interest rate because of President Trump has further aggravated the situation. The great recession of 2007-09 in the whole world, the Interest rate was lowered by Federal Banks. During the Bush and Obama administrations interest rates kept low as an economic growth measure. "Mr. knows it all"Trump did it for lesser reasons and tried his best to make Federal Reserve less independent.His actions reflect that he could care less about senior citizens and young people under 18. He foolishly thinks that he knows more about Finance than the professionals know. Someone described his economic agenda is to take from the middle class and give to the rich. It is not True.His strategy is based on the axiom that old people are dispensable. His economic policy has increased growth but not equally for all.

It is similar to his braggings that he knows more about the Military than Generals do. His success is proof that we can not ignore any section of Society.Obama's neglect of industrial workers was a boon for Trump.Let us not repeat the similar mistake of neglecting any section of the Citizens. We are lucky that our founders created a constitution that put controls, that can magna maniacs and can be there forever.

He is behaving even more arrogantly because of false charges and inquisitions against him by the democrats and deep state. The FBI investigation, surveillance, and Mueller investigation was nothing more than a witch-hunt. The impeachment inquiry has further added insult to injury. His anger and indignation are justified and warranted. His outbursts at these illegal activities can not be construed as obstruction of Justice because it represents his indignation at false accusations. It seems true that he wanted Ukraine to investigate Ukraine's corrupt involvement in the 2016 elections. He felt badly hurt by false charges about him being a Russian Asset and he colluded with Russia.

THE OTHER CHANGES after 1970-With the arrival of us Asians, the conditions were changed. We saw the changes taking place fast, early opening and late closing of the retail stores. became more common at least for Asian stores. Now no white Americans' owned stores close in Summer for Vacation. The Malls and supermarkets did not open for long hours. Christmas Eve and NewYear Eve became less important as a celebration. It became more for Buying unneeded things on sale.Many people would buy even Venom and poison if it is on Sale. Black Friday after Thanksgiving was a lesser event. Most produce, Delis and Convenience stores were slowly moving away from whites, so-called regular Americans to Asian Americans, especially Vietnamese Americans. In the last fifty years slowly but surely change has happened. Today Almost all Delis and convenience stores are owned by Indian Americans and Most produce stores are owned by Vietnamese or other Indochinese Americans. Now the change has accelerated. We Asians and Latin Americans were responsible for lowering the lifestyle of most Americans. If a minority makes it financially he or sheî starts behaving as if they were more whites than whites themselves. The only people who suffered more and were still suffering more than blacks and other minorities were the poor Whites. To refer to poor whites as Trash or filth became lingua franca. Most Gas stations and Truck Stops were not owned and operated by Asian Americans as is today. The conditions of the white poor have not improved compared to the improvement in other minorities. I wonder when we will learn that Classism is at least as big a problem as racism is if not bigger. The lifestyle of the average Americans was becoming less happy and more stressful. The assassination of Reverend Martin Luther King Jr -the great American, African American Religious .leader who lived and died to awaken the dormant Christian Ethos and Spirituality of all Americana,created riots and despondency. He believed that these Christian morals are good for all humanity. The only fault could be that he was misled into believing the false dogma of Non-violence of Mahatma Gandhi which none of Gandhi's followers in India followed. All of Gandhi's Marches and Rallies resulted in Bigtime Looting and Violence. In the USA, it looks like nonviolence was reserved for the discriminated African Americans and not by state and law enforcement and the Rich. The sapped down Britishers by Second World War the crafty Britishers had no option left other than to move out or be thrown out by the Indian Freedom Fighters of all religions. It can not be forgotten that Gandhi actively asked Indians to join the British war effort. It suited both the British and Indian Politicians to falsely accept that India won Freedom by Peace Strategy of Gandhi. All those who consider nonviolence as a dogma for peace and expect others to fight for them are parasites. They ignore that Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, and Christians of India all fought jointly against the British Foreigners. Unfortunately, Muslims of British India felt, given the history that they could not get fairness in majority Hindu India. Hinduism has been slowly tweaked from an egalitarian universal and sublime spiritual philosophy into mythology-based Superstitions and ritualism. The largest section of Hindus still retains its original core beliefs. Indian Hindus ,in practice ,are still one of the most tolerant and accepting of diversity. The most vocal segment of Hindus is the synthesis of platitude, dogma and concocted philosophy designed to exploit the poor credulous masses,is more visible. The silent majority of God Fearing Hindus is less visible and not easily marketable. For example, about three thousand Sikhs were murdered by Mobs consisting of Hindus inspired and motivated by Gandhi's Congress Party., after assasination of Indra Gandhi by her Sikh bodyguards. This is the only news for most. The majority of Hindus tried their best to save Sikhs from the Mobs of these misdirected Hindus. The mobs would have murdered many more Sikhs if the Hindu Friends and Neighbors had not saved them. Bad news spreads faster than good news. The Yoga and embellished Hinduism version is more marketable for the modern world seeking expedient gratification and miracles. The one humanity, living in awareness of One Universal God is still practiced by a large but silent majority of Hindus of India. The corrupted version is corrupting Simple miracle seeking Indians. Unfortunately, Occultism has become the synonym of Hinduism today. Still, this new yoga and meditation outfits provide cheap group and psychoTherapy and maybe a necessary transitional step. It is filling the void and vacuum created by weaker social and family ties. This embellished version of Hinduism is more marketable and acceptable to the Robotic lifestyle of the western world. You can see it being Marketed at Oprah Winfrey Television, called OWN and Stealth commercials by Indianized gurus at Public Television Channels. In the United States. Public Television sells more explicit implicit advertising than commercial channels do. What is the aim of OWN and PUBLIC television? It does not mean that Oprah and Public TV do not do good . They do but Public TV is an implicit advertisement forum for Socialist agenda.Orah is unbiased.

The majority of Muslims converted from Hinduism in old India were by sweet persuasion by the Sufi preachers of Islam. They converted them to mainstream Islam, not to Sufism. Most of the conversion was because of the hope of these prior Hindus was egalitarianism of Islam to free themselves from the cruelty of the Caste system of Hinduism. Only a few High Caste Hindus were converted by force by some Mughal rulers. Caste System which is against the basic core values of Classic Hinduism has become part and parcel of Indian Society. Many Hindu scholars try to justify the caste system as a necessary requirement for professional specialization. Ignore them! Spinning is not prevalent only in the West. Indian Fake Gurus are masters at false advertising & fake claims.

The plight of minority Muslims left in India was IGNORED by Muslim Leaders. Also, Gandhi admirers want to conceal that over a Million Muslims, Sikhs and Hindus were murdered in 1947, when British India was divided and a new country Pakistan was created. The subsequent creation of Bangladesh proved that Pakistan as a theocratic state was not a total success and maybe ill-conceived. Pakistan is not a middle eastern country. It is a southeastern Asian country made of the same ethnic groups as northwestern India. What is the popular belief in India is that Moghul Muslim rulers were cruel to Hindus. It was true. But what is not known is that these Moghuls were even crueler towards the Muslims than towards Hindus. Muslim Rulers ruled India for about 8 to10 centuries but they made sure that Muslims remained poor. If Muslims ruled India for a thousand years and Indian Muslims remained poor during that period is beyond logic. After the creation of Pakistan, Muslims prestige has been enhanced in the Indian subcontinent. Even in India, their conditions were improving till New Modi policies .

All Bankers and suppliers to Muslim Armies were Hindus. Today India is a Virtual Hindu Theocratic State, though in theory, it is a secular democratic republic. In India minorities and state rights have been curtailed. In theory, the Indian Constitution is a Democratic Republic but in practice, it is a Unitary form of Government. The Indian States had been losing their rights right from 1950 when the Indian Constitution was adopted. Though, the Indian Constitution is the longest written Constitution and in the world, Still, for all practical purposes, the implementation of the policy was unitary and shoddy. Maybe it is too long and nobody bothers to read it or understand it.If Trump is totally successful -America is also heading towards no Human Rights and no State Rights and Unitary form of Government. Currently, whenever the Federal Administration does not want to handle a problem it is copped out to states. In December 2019, the Indian parliament passed a new citizenship law which singles out Muslims as ineligible for Citizenship, if they came into the country after 2014. Hindus, Sikhs, Christians, and Parsis are eligible for citizenship even if they entered the country illegally.Previously, the Modi Government had announced that Sikhs and Hindus of Afghanistan would be granted Citizenship, should they like to come to India. If British India would not have been divided India would have about 45% minorities and a theocratic Hindutva State would not be at all viable .After threatening Pakistan with curtailing water supply from Rivers going through India, Pakistan has stopped the suicidal nuclear threat, which was suicidal for Pakistan. In a nuclear war, most of Pakistan would be destroyed and a major part of India will be destroyed. Bellicose Punjabis of both countries would be annihilated. Most in the group were very sanguine that No nuclear war between India and Pakistan will take place because unlike Arabs , Pakistanis of SouthEast Asia are not suicidal and consider Indians as their cousins. India got its independence because of the weakening of Britain because of the Second World War and Rising violent freedom movement by all people of all religions of India. But for the 2nd World war, many countries which received independence would have not been independent. Millions of Jews and several thousand Gypsies were murdered by Hitler, Mussolini and other Christian Extremists, the huge price paid by innocent Jews of Germany and other countries of Europe. IT IS A DIFFERENT matter that it gave Jews in Israel a license to commit the murder of hundreds of thousands of Palestinian Arabs as compensation for their murderous genocide by the Christians, Hitler, Mussolini, and others of Europe. Israel was the compensation to the Jews for crimes against them by Christians of Europe . New perverted justice was enforced by Annexing Muslim land for the sins of Christians against Jews of Europe. The war in which 400 thousand Americans died -safeguarded Europe and as a result, American Europeans and Rich Arab Sheikhs and Mullahs have joined hands in enslaving Palestinians other Muslim Arabs. American Christians have completely ignored the second testament as followed preached and taught by Jesus Christ and adopted by Reverend King Martin Luther King Jr. The shameless outbursts of Reverend Robert Jeffress and Raymond Arroyo create shivers through the bodies, minds, and souls of devout practicing Christians. The only redeeming thing one finds is that Jews of America are much less extreme than these self-righteous Christian Spokesmen. I am still searching for the reasons for American Jews being the most charitable generous people of the world. It was refreshing to learn that Bernie Sanders, a Jew, despite his Ultra idealistic view of Socialism which normally only young adults and teenagers like, is compassionate towards Palestine sufferings and slavery by Israeli Occupation of its country.Nobody denies his honesty despite impractical economic policies deemed sure to fail. Most Israeli Jews consider the safety of their country important but still show compassion and Empathy for their Palestinian brothers and Sisters. Average Practicing Christian Americans show similar sympathies and empathetic feelings but Catholic and Baptist clergy do not. As spokespersons of Baptists and Catholics -they are competing ferociously who can harm and denigrate the piety of Jesus Philosophy more. Robert Jeffress, a fixture on Lou Dobb show, seems to have an edge being an exaggerated incarnation of Jerry Falwell. Raymond Aayo the Catholic counterpart is working hard to slip down to Jeffress level. Let us Pray loudly, not just by a moment of Silence only that PIETY of JESUS teachings and Philosophy are restored. It Seems that the Honored Reverend was not aware that they were undoing what Jesus Taught.We can not ignore that peaceful coexistence and pro existence are great Platitudinal slogans belittling human dignity, self-worth and creating artificial legal peace. to enhance the rights of exploiters of the disadvantaged of the world covering up the mental torture resulting in Drugs and Suicide a ubiquitous phenomenon in the world. American currency says "In God, we trust" but that currency is universally used by the powerful believers and nonbelievers to torture and torment the CHILDREN OF GOD. Except for the perverted segment of High Caste Hindus, which believes people are not born equal, Most Hindus,Abrahamic religions, Jews, Christians, and Muslims are mostly not parochial and fanatics. Jews proclaim they are chosen people, Christians proclaim only they will go to paradise and Muslims believe they alone will go to the Paradise called Bahist-Haven. The only redeeming factor is that after leaving this planet earth -we would not have to live with them in their paradise, but while here on this planet, we have to live with them. They should give us some respite here on this planet earth. It is tragic that the new kid on the block Donald Trump as president gives official Validation to Cruel and divisive fanaticism. Given the political considerations, It may be understandable but not forgivable that Donald Trump became the Icon for Christian Clergy. How does one reconcile Jesus's teachings and Trump's and Right-Wing Clergy's conduct and their preachings fail me? Is it what means Pact with the Devil ? As a partial remedy -if the Christians restructure their behavior and restore back ideology based on Second testament, most, though not all world problems, will be less extreme. It will give humanity some hope and a desire to live. Socialist and ultra left advocates of Abortion , should reconsider their position and not ignore the rights of the unborn..America as a most Powerful country and Christians as the most powerful people of Faith should be more conscious of their duty, that Jesus and the Father Expect them to be more Understanding and MAGNANIMOUS IN Their life -as a Gratitude to GOD & His Son for the power and affluence given to them by the divine. The power brings with it the duty and responsibility. God gives affluence and power expecting us to be modest and humble and empathetic. To the abusers of power, power is a great opportunity for exploitation and practicing expedient Satanic justice. Powerful God-fearing rulers will behave benevolently as opposed to rulers assuming Divine Rights as dictators and want to be like Trump. Through World's History Socialists are more prone to be dictators than Conservative Open Marketeers. Do not forget Socialist Hitler and ultra Socialist Stalin.Because Hitler was not a socialist in the sense known today, he killed 10 million people.Stalin a confirmed Socialist killed 100 Million. Being president of a democratic republic,Trump is a temporary phenomenon. Soon America will restore back its core values of Charity and benign Republic and compassionate democracy protecting minority rights. Trump can not have a lasting heritage. Just as McCarthyism did not last long , Trumpism will not either. He is the result of indifference and lack of sympathy for previous administrations, especially Obama, towards the neglected whites unemployed industrial workers because of outsourcing and factories moving to Asia and Mexico. Just as the perception about George W Bush elected Obama, Impression, and perception about Obama Elected Trump. To put it succinctly, "Bush elected Obama and Obama Elected Trump." says my friend Jon Jaques. Though Bush was damaged by the Iraq War and oil connection with Saudi Arabia and Obama was completely clean. Obama is more of an academic theorist rather than an average American who may have been the counterweight to the prevailing misalignment of our society and perceived or actual injustice. Today, Republicans and cohorts have made Obama Controversial as a defense for Trump's jingoism and divisive policies. Trump is not as half bad as Pelosi clique would like us to believe. On the other hand Trump is neither as great nor his achievements as great as he declares loudly.

Wake up America. Let us not counter Trump's lies with even bigger,Democratic Lies of Schumer, Pelosi, Nadler, and Liar in Chief Adam Schiff. They should not forget that the accusations of Plausible and believable sexual transgressions by Trump were Successfully fought back by Trump. Now came, the less plausible,false and crafted charges based on a predetermined indictment of impeachment of Trump as the pinnacle of the 3 to four years of their so-called search for pretexts and underhand efforts for removing Trump. If Trump could fight back probable true accusations , he would definitely fight back false ones.Trump was elected against the wishes of Hardcore Anti-Trump Obamites. That could not and should not have made him an illegitimate President. Hardcore protagonists do not exist among conservative politicians. Before Sean Hannity and Lou Dobb of Fox News, right-wing Radio shows like Rush Limbaugh were the only conservative Media. Style ofTucker Carson of Fox News is a magnified version of President Trump.William Frank Buckley Jr.died in the year 2008 and that was long back.Buckley was a new phenomenon , a Conservative being vocally fighting back. Sean Hannity is an unadulterated Opinion show, while Lou Dobbs is an opinion show miscategorized as a Business show. He has almost the same guests every evening as fixtures. He is easily the most charming with great finesse conservative host. He is on the Fox Business channel but his show is not a Business show, By any stretch.The fox channel and expediency of some republicans have made Trump a popular Cult figure. Other than Chris Wallace, no anchor is purely unbiased. Kennedy is probably very effective and is the biggest revenue maker for the Fox Channels. She amuses the viewers and herself. I find Harris Faulkner of Fox is the rising star of Fox news , if she preserves and is allowed by fox, she will rise high.Honesty is written all over her.For us she is the most impressive. CNN and Huffington Post were once the most honest. They are now the Anti-Trump crusaders and little more. Thank God CNN , Huffington Post and MSNC do not promote racism and divisions.Van Jones is a breath of Fresh air.All other, CNN anchors are well known for Anti-Trump Biases. Now the famed Wolf Blitzer has given up a thin veil of objective neutrality and fully joined the crusaders to defame Trump. One anchor, who feels most uncomfortable and stressed out is Michael Smerconish while towing the new CNN agenda. He and the likes of Uncomfortable Cuomo are still continuing the new altered and corrupted policy of CNN selling false facts as Truth. Trump should have expected a strong response to His Unjustified outbursts and criticism from Jeff Bezos, but Bezos's response was muted.. Even without direct directions from Jeff Bezos, his owned Newspaper Wahington paper should respond and contradict false and malicious tweets of Trump.Now Jeff Bezos has acted and demanded in a lawsuit ,review of the Pentagon contract given to Microsoft , which has the biggest presence in our rival China. Washington Examiner is feeble and no match for Washington Post.Only Fox news quotes or invites their journalists to the shows. Trump knows that his campaign is not believable and it is intended to please his ego and deranged mindset. No doubt, Trump's Tweets are objectionable, more so at many times than that of others. Trump is expected to lie and his false tweets are as irritating as they are amusing though never informative. Lies of Schumer, Pelosi, Nadler and compulsive liar Adam Schiff are not only irritating and disgusting but seldom amusing or informative. They lost their credibility when they started the wild anti-Trump demonstrations in 2016 ,when Trump was elected President. Their Credibility was further eroded by the false narratives and information to start anti-Trump surveillance and spying of his campaign and presidency. More lies are no way to counter lies and neither is the labelling of the opponent as a liar, even when he is confirmed, liar but amusing and unapologetic. Michel Bloomberg entering the democratic primary at this late stage is a testimony to a wild crowd of varying public economic policies incapable of Standing up to Trump. Bloomberg does overcome and solve the financial problems of competing Trump campaign. Trump campaign's over a few hundred million dollars is a low hurdle for Bloomberg to climb over and even jump over. The rest is Unknown. Bloomberg has big negative baggage for MidAmerica and positive credentials for both the east and west coast. If he does continue the race, it would be the most expensive presidential race ever. Entering a multi billionaire in the race nullifies the pro Socialist manifesto of the Democratic party.A party pitching against rich capitalist is being bought out by Multi billionaire. Only time will tell how much free advertising the president will get from the News Media and Social Media . Fox News alone may provide free virtual advertising to Trump worth more than a billion dollars. Sanders is the most honest of the politicians in the race. He has to amend his narrative of medicare for all to stop being labeled a socialist . He should promote participatory Capitalism benefiting all Stakeholders, shareholders, employees , suppliers and people at large.He has to rebrand his brand. Benevolent Capitalism beats Democratic Socialism . Rightly or wrongly , Senator Warren has earned a reputation for not being upfront and keeping her agenda fussy. Most democratic countries have hybrid economic systems , evolved over a long time. Socialism by Sanders and Warren are not achievable given the realities of the USA. It seems Warren and Sanders have to amend their campaign agenda as more compassionate Democrats rather than as failed socialist models tried and discarded in the world. Their problems have become more pronounced because many Democrat leaders including Obama and Pelosi do not approve of their agenda. Their free education and medical aid for all including illegal immigrants is frightening to most level headed Americans. Ultra Nationalism is appearing all over the world. India has queer history with ultra fanaticism and topmost benovelence existing side by side. In India goodwill and compassion are considered as much part of the system as is caste system and untouchability. Now the new Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) has created a very volatile situation. Persons entering India from the three Muslim majority countries, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afganistan would be eligible for Indian Citizenship , unless they belong to the Muslim religion. The rationale given is that these three countries are hostile to minorities. Christians , Sikhs and Hindus are persecuted and their young women are kidnapped and converted to Islam by force. This is a kind of blanket virtual refugee status to persons entering India from these countries unless they are Muslims. Some right wing Hindus assert that these countries are Islamic countries created by Muslim Leaders dividing India. True Pakistan and Bangladesh were created on two nation theory but India did not recognize two nation theory till BJP rule came. Hindu Youth are attacking Muslim shops and residences in Indian Capita, New Delhi. Muslims are fighting Back and riots are widespread. President Trump's visit to India has exacerbated the Situation. His praise of India's religious tolerance was not based on truth. Unlike the virtual genocidal attacks on Sikhs in 1984 after the assasination of Indian Primeminister Indra Gandhi by her Sikh bodyguards ,,the riots are two-sided. The violence against Sikhs in 1984 was no riots , that was virtual genocide. Tires were put around their necks and set on fire. Humans were burning alive and police were on lookers like perpetrators of crimes. BJP or RSS members did not participate in killing or burning Sikhs. In Fact some many Hindus and BJP members tried to save Sikhs as much as they could. Rajiv Gandhi, the son of Indra Gandhi, the successor Prime minister justified the massacre , burning of houses as the unavoidable shaking when a big tree falls. He was completely desensitized as a human.
