In this part I slow it down a bit and help you digest what you've read so far in this book. You may have come across a number of technical terms as well as details about the various personality structures and the nine type mechanisms. In Part 3, I provide you with examples of what you can actually do with everything discussed so far. After all, that’s what this is about. The possible applications that you read about here are meant to guide and inspire you. You can already start using them right now, before tackling the more intensive path toward personal development that I introduce in Part 4. In Chapter 11, you can read about general applications in the workplace — applications appropriate for a number of different work environments. In Chapter 12, you get the chance to look at applications for managers to use when mediating conflicts. Chapter 13 deals with applications in the kind of one-on-one work situations experienced by coaches, therapists, (corporate) social workers, and others.
