The planetary shift that we discussed last month becomes very dramatic this month. By the end of the month, 80 to 90 per cent of the planets will be in the upper half of your chart. Day is dawning in your year. Time to use all the energy you acquired during the night for productive purposes. Career is becoming the main focus now for the rest of the year ahead. Push forward boldly towards your goals. You can safely let family issues slide (especially after the 16th) and focus on your career.

The main headline this month is love and social life. Your 7th House of Love and Marriage is where the planetary action is. But it is a kind of bittersweet experience. Singles are meeting new people; there is much going out; but Saturn’s move into the 7th House on the 29th initiates a period where your new relationships will get tested. From the cosmic point of view it is not enough just to meet new friends and love partners: they need to be found worthy. Until the 15th restrain your tendencies to carp, criticize and nit-pick. Sure, you are entitled to perfect love, but criticism—especially of the destructive kind—will not bring it to you. Try to focus on quality relationships rather than on the mediocre ones.

An office romance is developing.

Saturn, your career planet, makes a major move from Virgo into Libra at the end of the month. This shows career changes, and a different attitude to your career. For two and a half years you succeeded the hard way, through hard work and sheer merit. There was nothing wrong with this, but now you need to develop your social skills too. It is not enough that you are good at your job—people need to like you. Those of you who are in managerial positions will advance more on the ‘likeability’ factor than on the merit factor. This transit also shows that you can advance your career by social means—by attending and hosting the right parties and making the right friends.

Health is more delicate now and you need to pay more attention here for the rest of the year (and for the next two years). Pay special attention until the 23rd. Enhance your health by paying more attention to the intestines (and the diet) until the 10th, and to the kidneys and hips after this date. Disharmonies in love can affect the physical health now, so work to keep the harmony in your marriage and with your friends.

Retrograde activity is lessening dramatically this month. By the 18th, 80 per cent of the planets will be moving forward. The pace of life and change accelerates.
