Saturn has been the handle of a ‘bucket-type’ chart for some months now and is still so this month. This shows that regardless of your success and many interests, it is your faith, your religion, your positive world view that helps you lift up your life.

Last month Venus, your personal planet, the Ruler of your Horoscope, went Retrograde. And although this didn’t stop your career success or social life, it left you with a feeling of being directionless—you were not quite sure what you really wanted. You have tasted career success and are probably asking yourself, ‘Is that all there is?’ It is good for you to be thinking like this, reviewing your goals—especially your personal ones—re-evaluating and seeing where you can make improvements. The timing for this Retrograde couldn’t be better. For by the time Venus starts to move forward on the 17th, you will be clearer on your goals, and when the Sun moves into your sign on the 19th you will be ready to leap into action.

Keep in mind that most of the planets now (and it’s been this way for the past few months) are in the Eastern, personal sector of your chart. They are reaching the maximum point very shortly. You have the power to create conditions as you desire them to be with minimum outside interference. If you do your personal homework and review during Venus’s Retrograde, your creation will be much better and happier.

Though you still have many interests this month—career, friendships, group activities and organizations—the main headline this month is spirituality. Your 12th House is chock full of planets: 50 per cent of the planets are either there or moving through there in the month ahead. So this is a month for making spiritual progress, for spiritual breakthroughs and revelations. Your innate spiritual gifts are very much increased. You will have more supernatural-type experiences (though some of you might regard them as ‘coincidence’). Your dream life will be more active and you will be more open to spiritual teachings. This is a great period to go on that spiritual retreat or pilgrimage to a holy place; it is also good for getting involved in charities and altruistic kinds of activities. As you follow the call of your spirit you will find (especially until the 9th) that all your financial needs are taken care of as well. Generally people feel that spirituality is impractical and that they need to focus on practical issues in life. But this month you will discover that this is not so. It is eminently practical and has prepared for all of your needs.

Love is more complicated this month. Both Venus and your love planet, Pluto, are Retrograde (Pluto begins to Retrograde on the 4th). So you are in a period for reviewing your marriage, love relationship or friendships and seeing where you can make improvements. Avoid making any major love decision (one way or another) right now. Gain clarity and perspective now.
