Planetary retrograde activity is very intense this month. From the 15th onwards half the planets are in retrograde motion. This is not quite the maximum for the year but we’re close to it. Things slow down in the world. Taurus handles this slow down better than most. You are patient by nature.

The upper half of your chart – the day side – is still stronger than the lower half. But the retrograde planets are all in the upper half of your chart. Even your career planet, Uranus, is retrograde from the 15th onwards. So you may as well focus on the home, family and your emotional wellness. Career issues will need time to resolve.

Venus has been in your money house for four months now, but on the 7th she moves into your 3rd house of communication and intellectual interests. So you are more focused on these things. You’re reading more, studying more, talking more and connecting more with others. It is a good transit for students below college level and for marketing people, PR people and retailers. Your mind is sharper now and the communication skills more enhanced.

Health is good overall but this is not one of your best health months. You will feel the difference after the 22nd when your health and energy return to their usual levels. In the meantime you can enhance your health and energy through arm and shoulder massage until the 7th, and through abdominal massage after that date. Diet becomes important healthwise after the 7th.

Finances are not a major interest after the 7th but still look good. Mercury is now moving speedily. You make quick progress. You have multiple paths to earnings. Until the 5th sales, marketing, PR, teaching and writing – mental activities – are profitable. Neighbours seem helpful. Until the 20th there is good financial support from the family. You are probably spending more on the home and family too. From the 5th to the end of the month you have happy money – money that is earned in happy ways and spent on happy things. Probably you spend more on the children or children figures in your life. You are more speculative than usual too. Taureans are not known as free spenders, but from the 5th to the 20th you seem to be.

Love is complicated this month – especially after the 7th. Your love planet, Pluto, is still retrograde. And Venus, your ruler, is in opposition to the love planet. So you and your current love are distant from each other. This might not be physical distance but psychological distance. You see things in opposite ways. There is a need to bridge your differences this month.
