A happy and successful month Taurus, enjoy! Health and energy are terrific. And with more energy there is more happiness. (A good definition of depression, astrologically speaking, is ‘lack of energy’.) With more energy your horizons expand. Things that were considered impossible – things you may have dismissed from your mind – are now eminently possible.

The planetary power is East – maximum East. This, as our regular readers know, is the sector of self. The planetary power is on your side, supporting you and your personal happiness. As we mentioned last month, this is the time to make any changes that need to be made in your life. Irksome conditions are easily alterable now, there’s no need to suffer or compromise. Personal initiative matters. Personal skills matter. We are never disrespectful of others, but now you’re not that dependent on them. It’s time to have things your way – to have life on your terms. If you create wisely, the year ahead will be more comfortable. If you make mistakes you’ll learn about them over the next six months, and when your next period of independence comes, you’ll be able to make appropriate changes.

Spirituality is still important this month, until the 20th. Spiritual breakthroughs that happen will change both the financial and career situation for the better. Even the family situation will improve because of this. If parents or parent figures haven’t been getting along, there is more togetherness from the 17th to the 19th. There is happy career success in that period too.

Venus spends most of the month in your sign, until the 24th. This brings beauty and glamour to the image. It is one of the best times to buy clothing or personal accessories as your taste will be excellent. Happy job opportunities are coming too: there is no need for any Taurus to be unemployed now.

The Sun moves into your sign on the 20th. This, too, improves the personal appearance. You have ‘star quality’ now. Charisma. A twinkle in your eye, a spring in your step. It is no surprise that the love life is vastly improved. The only complication is the retrograde of your love planet Pluto on the 22nd, which will go on for many months. This doesn’t stop love, but it does slow things down a bit. And it should be slowed down – let love develop as it will.
